NEVER GIVE UP
THIS MONTH, GIVE ME GRACE BEYOND MY DISGRACE, LORD.
“Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain, so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field. For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore, they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because there was no shepherd. My anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I punished the goats: for the Lord of hosts hath visited His flock, the house of Judah, and hath made them as His goodly horse in the battle. Out of Him came forth the corner, the nail, the battle bow, every oppressor together. And they shall be as mighty men, who tread down their enemies in the mire of the streets in the battle. They shall fight because the Lord is with them, and the riders on horses shall be confounded. I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them. They shall be as though I had not cast them off, for I am the Lord their God and will hear them. And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the Lord.” Zechariah 10:1-7
For everyone who has been holding strongly to the promises of God, who has suffered delays and disgrace in many things and ways, this month, God’s grace will be upon you; it will open all closed doors, remove the delays, and take away your disgrace and sorrows in an amazing way. You will see God’s grace working for you, working in you, and fulfilling the promises of God for your life. Your faith in Him will enable His grace to work for you. You will see grace in a new way, receive grace in all things, and walk in that grace to greater heights from now on. This month, God will take you to the place where His grace will work. Remember, and reflect on this, God will never take you to a place where His grace cannot keep you, or allow a situation where His grace will never keep or take you through when you remain active in His love.
This month, you will go out with the kind of Grace that is more than you deserve; more than you could ever imagine. The grace that will defend, keep, define, refine, take you through, and enable you beyond all afflictions past and present. The grace that comes from the divine throne of mercy will overtake every evil judgment against you, and the mistakes that often trip you up to fail. One thing Satan wants for all Christians is to be disgraced in this life; to follow Christ Jesus, to serve the Almighty God, be in the church, preach the word, yet still live with the highest level of shame. He wants us to be Godly in all things and yet remain irrelevant and shameful. But this month, grace from above will take you beyond Satan’s plan and take you beyond failures.
As we faithfully follow Christ Jesus and His word, His grace will always be made available and sufficient to take us through and keep us faithful, relevant, and hopeful. God’s grace is abundant and adequate to meet every need, overcome challenges, and endure trials. Paul said three times Satan harassed him, three times he prayed, and three times God replied, “My grace is all you need.” 2 Corinthians 12:7-9. What follows the confession of sin is forgiveness, salvation, mercy, and lastly, His outpoured grace to lead, direct, keep, and enable you to go beyond guilt, disgrace, shame, and beyond all things that oppose and hinder the righteousness of God. Grace brings us to God’s throne to receive what we have been destined to receive, but denied by the powers and works of the wicked working against us. The same God who gives salvation, forgiveness, and mercy is the same God who gives us grace through Christ’s blood. While sin cuts people from God, salvation brings people to God through grace by the sacrifice of Christ Jesus on the cross at Calvary. Divine grace is all we need, want, and deserve after salvation. We have been hindered enough; it is time for grace to take over and overtake the works of my enemy and mistakes.

NEVER GIVE UP
THE LORD’S COUNSEL -- IT WILL STAND
God has a word, a plan, and a destiny for you, and He has given His word concerning everything about your life. It is His plan that will stand and nothing else. It might seem too long to come; you may have prayed and waited too long; you may have been humiliated and insulted too often, but in all that you will ever experience, it is the Lord’s counsel about you that will be fulfilled, and the eyes of men shall see it. “Remember what happened long ago; acknowledge that I alone am God and that there is no one else like me. From the beginning, I predicted the outcome; long ago, I foretold what would happen. I said that my plans would never fail and that I would do everything I intended to do. I am calling a man to come from the east; he will swoop down like a hawk and accomplish what I have planned. I have spoken, and it will be done. Listen to me, you people who think that victory is far away. I am bringing the day of victory near; it is not far away at all. My triumph will not be delayed. I will save Jerusalem and bring honor to Israel there.” Isaiah 46:9-13.
Do not let fear dominate your heart and thoughts, or restrain your prayers and words, or control your understanding; do not give up to intimations, ungodly visions, evil threats, or words of the proud, or condescending dreams; let the world hear you speak, let the people around you hear you say it, say it at the top of your voice and on the mountain top, let it be in your spirit, in your heart, in your mouth, in your sight, and on your lips always - it is the counsel of the Lord that will prevail in all circumstances no matter what. Let the wise gather themselves to speak against you, let the strong come together to fight you, let the proud rise to humiliate you publicly, let the lions get ready to devour and eat up your flesh, - it is only the counsel of our Lord Jesus Christ that you believed and know and serve that will prevail and nothing else. God is still merciful and forgiving, He has not delivered you into their hands, He has not turned His back on you, He has not changed His mind concerning you, or changed His counsel because of what they know, see, and do against you. They have failed in their plans before, they will fail again.
“This is the end for Babylon's gods. Bel and Nebo were once worshiped, but now they are loaded on donkeys, a burden for the backs of tired animals. The idols cannot save themselves; they are captured and carried away. This is the end for Babylon's gods. Listen to me, descendants of Jacob, all who are left of my people. I have cared for you from the time you were born. I am your God and will take care of you until you are old and your hair is gray. I made you and will care for you; I will give you help and rescue you. To whom will you compare me? Says the Lord. Is there anyone else like me? People open their purses and pour out gold; they weigh out silver on the scales. They hire a goldsmith to make a god; then they bow down and worship it. They lift it to their shoulders and carry it; they put it in place, and there it stands, unable to move from where it is. If any pray to it, it cannot answer or save them from disaster.” Isaiah 46:1-7
Regardless of their number, and their intelligence; regardless of what they know, what they say, what they see, what they hear, and what they will do, it is the counsel of the Lord that will stand, it will prevail against all other counsels, it will not in any way be hindered and will not fail to bring to come to pass what God had planned and destined for you. Keeping yourself by yourself is never enough; keeping yourself by what you know is never enough; keeping yourself by the intelligence and wisdom of the wise is never enough, and following your thoughts is not in any way sufficient compared to the counsel and plans and destiny of the Lord for your life. As a true believer, “Never rely on what you think you know. Remember the Lord in everything you do, and He will show you the right way. Never let yourself think that you are wiser than you are; simply obey the Lord and refuse to do wrong.” Proverbs 3:5-7.
