ACCORDING TO THY WORD

Before God will ever reveal anything big or small to you, He had already completed His part, and it is your duty to complete yours with His assistance which you will always need, He will be quite willing to offer you continuously. “So I say to you, ask and keep on asking and it shall be given you; seek and keep on seeking and you will shall find; knock and keep on knocking and the door shall be opened to you. For everyone who asks and keeps on asking receives; and he who seeks and keeps on seeking finds; and to him who knocks and keeps on knocking, the door shall be opened” Luke 11:9-10 (AMP)

Going on God’s errand does not require your choosing your location or activities like Jonah anticipated, all that is required of you is your agreement and willingness to follow instructions. God gives the location, directs your activities, and He is quite ready to sustain, defend and support you there till the mission is accomplished, remember Elijah at the brook of water. But before He sends you, He is waiting at the finishing line to receive you graciously, and on the path you will take, He will line up faithful people to encourage and guide you through. The devil will also line up his own men to discourage, tempt and put stumbling blocks on your path, but despite what the devil will do, Christ said, on that path He will take you; “Do not let your hearts be troubled (distressed, agitated). You believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely on God; believe in and adhere to and trust in and rely also on Me. In My Father’s house there are many dwelling places (homes). If it were not so, I would have told you; for I am going away to prepare a place for you. And when (if) I go and make ready a place for you, I will come back again and will take you to Myself, that where I am you may be also” John 14:1-3 (AMP). Christ is at the finishing line waiting to receive and reward you.

God will not reveal anything you cannot complete and will not send you on any errand you will fail. When He reveals Himself to you in any form and you accept such revelation and set yourself fully to accomplish it despite the risk and pains, He will celebrate you on earth and in heaven. There is no one who had ever completed or will ever complete God’s assignment without being celebrated by God. God will not give your place to any other person.

All that God requires of us is an agreement, a yes, an acceptance, and our willingness. Every covenant, every word of God to you has a purpose and every purpose has its benefit. Every spiritual and physical labor has its reward, and every dream and vision can be implemented by human beings. While men will continue to experience various forms of impossibilities in implementing dreams and visions, such impossibilities are made away with through our agreement with Christ Jesus. It takes two to enter into any form of agreement. Covenants cannot be established when one is alone, that is why God needs you; it takes two to make it binding, acceptable, and very rewarding. “Do two walk together except they make an appointment and have agreed? Amos 3:3

It is easy to agree on something when the facts are clear and well understood by both parties. But in the face of uncertainty, lawlessness, unfaithfulness, fraud, and disappointment many people refused to enter into agreements. But God is not man; He is forever faithful and will keep and fulfill all of His words to you when you agree with what He says. Just say Yes Lord.

All that God require of Mary the mother of Jesus Christ was an agreement to carry out His plans, and He got it. “And Mary said, “Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her” Luke 1:37. Can you say just that even when it seems impossible to your eyes and ears and to others? I pray God to confirm His words in you as He did for Mary as you say yes to Him. I pray He will give you courage at all point, keep you strong and ever productive till you reach the finishing line and be rewarded and celebrated in Jesus Name. Amen
