“Tell the righteous that things will go well, because they will enjoy the fruit of their actions.” Isaiah 3:10. There are great rewards for being righteous, remaining righteous and doing what is righteous despite pressure, challenges and oppositions to act and do otherwise. God is very much active in everything that affects the righteous; He is active in everything that is standing up to challenge you and your faithfulness, standing up to oppose you and  your holy desires; seeking to change you from living in ways that pleases and honor Him alone. Our God is perfectly aware of your struggles, of your bitterness, of your affliction, of the insult you receive, of the humiliations handed down to you, of the denials, of the loneliness you experience and of the desires of evil to consume your thoughts and take captive of your actions thereafter. The righteous of our Lord Jesus Christ are being pressured in every area of their lives; forced to admit wrongs they never committed, forced to go contrary to the ways and moral teachings of the Holy Scriptures; forced to regret even in doing what is good, what is right and what is acceptable before God. But despite all of these, the word of our Lord is ‘tell the righteous, it is well with them.’

The enemies of righteousness had invaded the church and the privacy of the children of God in all nations; they have taken their stand against the righteous and against God’s words, they are seriously bent on destroying the truth, but they will not succeed; they are seeking ways to destroy those who are committed and passionate in following Jesus Christ, but they will not succeed; they are bent on changing the truth of the gospel to suit their purposes and desires, but they will not succeed; they are bent on seeing the righteous cry daily, but thy will not succeed; they are bent on seeing the righteous deprived of all things that makes life worth living, but they will not succeed; they are bent on seeing the righteous oppressed even in their own private homes and offices, but they will not succeed; they are bent on seeing the righteous depressed in thoughts, weak in action, and unable to meet up with their daily challenges, but they will not succeed; they are bent on seeing the righteous denied right to the basics of living, but they will never succeed; irrespective of their weapons of attack and weapons of offense against the righteous, the word of the Lord is ‘tell the righteous, it is well’.

God will never depart from His words and He will never depart from His people; He had not, and will not in any way and for any reason abandon the ways, the teaching and the desires for all of His children to walk and to remain in His righteousness irrespective of the pressure from the powers of darkness against them. He has not abandoned anyone who is on His path and walking in His righteousness, and He will never do so. The enemies of God’s righteous has invaded the privacy of the righteous; they are turning the truth of God to lies and persecuting the righteous for the truth; seeking to place their own ideologies and sensual understanding of what they call the truth above the divine understanding of what the true word of God is concerning any subject, but despite all, the word of God is ‘tell the righteous, it is well’.

Uncertain level of fear is covering the world today; fear in every nation, in every location, every race, every profession, every aspect of human living, in every economy of every nation and the righteous are caught up with this fear, but the word of the Lord to the righteous is, even in the presence of fear and uncertainty, ‘it is well’. The devil is instilling fear in every human being of all ages and gender irrespective of one’s religious and commitment to its tenets, irrespective of one’s political view and fellowship in the system, irrespective of one’s level of involvement in governance, irrespective of the good words you speak or the bad ones you refuse to speak, and irrespective of your decision either to follow a certain group of people actively or stay inactive. But despite all that will ever be and will come to be, the word of the Lord is, ‘tell the righteous, it is well with them’. Hold your peace, it is well with you. For prayers, Click here
