I BRING YOU GOOD NEWS

“Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call Him Immanuel. For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace, there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” Isaiah 7:14; 9:6-7

In the Old Testament it was a revelation, a sign, and a prophecy; to Mary, it was first a promise, an excitement, then the fulfillment. She lived to see the words of the revelation, prophecy, and the promise fulfilled. The revelation and prophecy are now manifested; the word of the angel to Mary is made visible, she holds the word in her hands; her joy was endless. The good news is that every word, every promise, every revelation, every divine excitement, and every prophecy from God will be manifested in the open, will be fulfilled, and those He had chosen for His glory will be glorified. Nothing stopped Mary and nothing will stop you. Your day of rejoicing is coming, your day of seeing the fulfillment of everything God had told or shown in His word, promises, and revelation are coming; your moment to take over the narrative and render the true story of your life is coming; your season of unending better experience will not fail to be fulfilled, Mary saw and handled the fulfillment, you will see and handle yours also. The expectation of the righteous concerning the word of God, the revelation of God, and the promises of God will not be cut off. God gave them, He will fulfill them.

The good news is that Jesus Christ is in us. He is THE SAME JESUS, THE UNCHANGING GOD, the one given to bring man to the fullness of the Almighty Father; the one who holds the key to eternity and the one who goes before His people while ensuring they are safe on all sides. The season is here, the day is here; Christ Jesus is with us, He is the same yesterday, today, and forever; He is unchanging God and the everlasting redeemer of mankind. What He came on earth for, He accomplished all, and what He accomplished, are forever. He came to set free those who are under captivity, set free those who are disturbed, set free those who have been held hostage by fear and uncertainties, set free those who think they are free but are not, and set free all who believe in Him and submit themselves to follow, trust, and obey Him.

“While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born,  and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped Him in cloths and placed Him in a manger because there was no guest room available for them. And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you; You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom His favor rests.” Luke 2:6-14

The good news is that God’s favor will rest with you. Jesus Christ has not changed, His mission remains the same; His words are true, valuable, life-changing, and powerful; everyone who trust, believe, obey, and follows Him in submission will not perish; they will have everlasting life. His words concerning you and your future have not changed, and His plans for your life are still the same. He is the one who said it; He is the one who opens the door, and He will lead you through till you reach the mark of the high calling by His grace. For prayers, Click here
