LORD, IS MY LIFE A WASTE?

When things are not going the ways we had wanted; the ways God had shown us in our dreams; the ways we have seen or have been told in visions and prophesies; the ways we have sincerely prayed, fasted and desired consistently with all of our hearts; the ways we had anticipated after following all due diligence in all spiritual and physical things and preparing ourselves; the ways as others we see daily around us, we know in our lives and read about in the bible and in many news medias who are or were in the same situation as we are; the ways we have been trained for and the ways we have spent improving ourselves through educations and self-training, our heart begins to spin towards that which is completely inappropriate for a healthy Christian living and a good relationship with the Almighty God because we will begin considering if our life is a waste or our Christianity is not yielding fruit or our sowing had not been accepted.

You may not have and will never have and no one had ever had, not even King Solomon all they ever needed and all they ever wanted in life despite all the values of their wealth and ingenuity in creative ideas and breakthroughs, but despite that known fact, your life is never a waste and will never be one despite what you think of your situation and what people may be saying to, and of you because of your persistent situation. The salvation of your soul through genuine repentance, acceptance of Jesus Christ and grace from Him alone holds you far and above every form of wastage in all things. You were not born with delays and will never end with one.

After believing in Christ Jesus as your only Lord and savior, and when marriage is delayed and is becoming overdue and you have trusted in all His words for many years; you have done all and sincerely asked God in earnest prayers; you have done all manners fasting; you have praised and worshiped God; you have shown all manners of friendliness you could to those you knew and those you do not know; you had smiled with joy to everyone you meet on your way and yet the result is still far from your expectations, I want you to know that even as it is right now, your life is never a waste, God is still living and still loving and still doing miracles.

When children are delayed, or not becoming what you think and want despite all your prayers for them and investments in them, I want you to know that, your life is still not a waste. When all the healings you desire are delayed despite spending all you had on medications and doctor’s bill for a particular reoccurring illness that had over stayed in your life, I want you to know that your life is still not a waste. When deliverance and freedom from demonic powers are over delayed; when peace is not forth coming as you have worked for; after spending your entire youthful moments in acquiring appropriate education and training and a good and sustaining job is not forth coming as expected, God still want you to know that your life is never a waste

When you do not have enough money to do what you want to do, to buy what you want to buy and to go where you want to go, yet your life is never a waste. When you have been locked up in a particular place; when dreams and revelations are not forth coming as before; when hunger had become your daily companion; when you are unable to buy the home of your dream and the car and the cloths and the material things of your desires, yet in those things, your life is still never a waste. You serve a God who is able and willing to change things for His glory.

“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.  There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. And you know the way to where I am going. No, we don’t know, Lord, Thomas said. “We have no idea where you are going, so how can we know the way? Jesus told him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.” John 14:1-6. For prayers, Click here For 2015 Praise and worship Click Here
