DON’T QUIT, YOU HAVE A GREATER TOMORROW

Despite all the misfortunes, the unhappiness, the loneliness, the disappointments, the denials, the delays and the tears of yesterday, despite the toughness of today, there is a greater tomorrow for you in if Christ tarries. He will not keep you alive to see today for nothing, He will not keep you alive and enable you to read this devotionals if He has nothing for you tomorrow. He prepares you today so you can harvest a better tomorrow for yourself.

Do not grudge over your yesterday, it is gone; please let it go, make good use of today. Do not sacrifice your peace today for the pains and mistakes of yesterday. Refuse to spend your today in the memory and regrets of your yesterday. What you are today is a result of what you did yesterday, and what you will be tomorrow depends on what you do today. God had given you today to dream again and to correct the wrongs of yesterday and to pray and plan better strategies your visions and desire of tomorrow.

To understand the heart and mind of a person, do not look at what they had already achieved, or what they are getting at today, but look at what they are aspiring for tomorrow. Ask yourself this question, what you are aspiring for tomorrow does it worth all your troubles today? If your expected return in your investment today is far less than the value of your investment, please stop investing, but if it the return is far more than your initial investment, then invest the more. A true answer to that question can change the way you do things today, the way you invest your life today, and the way you relate to people today.

When you treasure your tomorrow greatly, you will be very diligent in yourself and in all your activities today. You will be very humble, submissive and obedient today, you will refuse to be easily discouraged even when you fail or are mistreated or misrepresented, you will refuse to give up dreaming new dreams despite the frustrations of fulfilling the one of yesterday, and you will endeavor to make all necessary corrections, and take all necessary actions today.

No one can stop a man who believes in himself, in what he is doing and in whom he believes in and follow. There is great power and great reward in combining this three. All of them are very important, all are very necessary and all are very rewarding. Do not ignore any, and do not prefer one to the other. Some people only believes in themselves and in what they do, ignoring God in their lives, though they reap the physical success, they are spiritually bankrupt, while those who believes in the three will surely reap both physical and spiritual success. That is God’s intent for your life

No matter how many people believe in you or don’t, you must be the ultimate believer in your own self. Never forget that you are one of a kind. Never forget that if there weren't any need for you in all your uniqueness to be on this earth, you wouldn't be here in the first place. And never forget, no matter how overwhelming life's challenges and problems seem to be in your life, one person can make a huge difference in the world. It is always because of one person that all the changes that matter in the world come about, and you can be that one person.

“Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls. You have not yet resisted to bloodshed, striving against sin. And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him; For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives” Hebrews 12:1-6.
