A PLACE BEYOND YOUR TROUBLES

You might have some very important vital issues in life to iron sort out, some appointments, disappointment and unwelcome delays to get over and forge ahead in life. There may be some fears of what is ahead after what happened yesterday, what decision to take today concerning the things that will give you joy tomorrow, what or whose position to stand on, they may be some areas of confusion and some grey areas to seek clarification. Irrespective of your situation and what you are contemplating on doing right now, with Christ Jesus in you, for you and by you, the final place for you is definitely far beyond your known and unknown fears, sorrows, confusions, pains and all the hindrance that is going on right now in your mind and in the world.

Your final place in life irrespective of the current uncertainties, confusions and fears was not secured only by a promise but also by the reason of the cross at Calvary that Christ Jesus our Lord and savior was crucified on. It is truly far beyond the complaint and the vexations that follow your yesterday’s mistakes or your today’s uncertainty. Everyday God is working in you and for you to bring to that place that you will call your own and praise His name for.

The journey into Jerusalem was with great fun, children and adults in a convoy singing, dancing; shouting Hosanna in the highest blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord Hosanna in the highest with a great celebration. But the journey to the cross was filled with loneliness, pains, sorrows, cruelty and rejections which culminated in the shedding of His blood. Christ went into Jerusalem to declare His stand, but went to the cross to declare and to confirm your stand and believe in Him. He went to the cross so He can confront the devil head on for your final freedom and for your passage into your inheritance in Him without molestation again.

Before and on the cross, several things did happen to Christ personally, but by His excellent judgments based on His desire to fulfill the mission of our redemption, none was strong enough to make Him turn His back from accomplishing His mission. As you along with life, several things will happen to you, but let nothing that has happen or will happen cause you to turn your back on pursuing that which is good, acceptable and well pleasing to God in your life, family and carrier because your place in life is far greater than all of your discomforts today.

The soldiers took His cloths, but He took their place on the cross, they divided His cloths by lot but He preserved their place for repentance. Pontius Pilate gave Him out to be crucified but He gave him in for second chance. The devil shouted he is finished, Christ returned, it is finish, your place of destiny and freedom was secured on the cross at Calvary and nothing can change that.

“Break forth joyously, sing together, you waste places of Jerusalem, for the Lord has comforted His people, He has redeemed Jerusalem. The Lord has made bare His holy arm before the eyes of all the nations revealing Himself as the One by Whose direction the redemption of Israel from captivity is accomplished, and all the ends of the earth shall witness the salvation of our God. Depart, depart, go out from there [the lands of exile] Touch no unclean thing. Go out of the midst of her Babylon; cleanse yourselves and be clean, you who bear the vessels of the Lord on your journey from there. For you will not go out with haste, nor will you go in flight as was necessary when Israel left Egypt; for the Lord will go before you, and the God of Israel will be your rear guard. Behold, My Servant shall deal wisely and shall prosper; He shall be exalted and extolled and shall stand very high. For many the Servant of God became an object of horror; many were astonished at Him. His face and His whole appearance were marred more than any man’s, and His form beyond that of the sons of men but just as many were astonished at Him, So shall He startle and sprinkle many nations, and kings shall shut their mouths because of Him; for that which has not been told them shall they see, and that which they have not heard shall they consider and understand.” Isaiah 52:9-15.
