That is a decision if backed up with appropriate and corresponding actions without looking back will definitely change your life for the very best and position you in a new place with a lasting joy, purposeful praises and celebrations that will honor our everlasting living Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Apostle Paul in his life wanted to make good use of every opportunity and he declared with a divine wisdom; “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I did away with childish things.” 1 Corinthians 13:11. Being a child has its advantages but remaining in that childish attitude and actions has a great disadvantage to you and your future. Paul not willing to miss any more opportunity that God will bring his way decided not to remain in it again but to move out and move on to higher things that will bring him into the reality of the will, the purpose and the plans of God for his life. Beyond the very best of your thoughts, hopes, imaginations, education, profession, location, gender, language, labor, and race, there are many great things that God in His love alone had desired, ordained and destined for you to have and experience in this very life. The question on the lips and hearts of many today is ‘how can I’ because I do not want to miss any opportunity in my life again.

God will never promise what He will never do and will never ask you to do the impossible; He does all the impossible in your life while you take advantage of them when you make yourself available to Him in compliance to His words. To get into the plans, the will, the purpose and the desires of God, Paul decided and said he will rid himself of all childish talks and thoughts. He had to reason as a Christian with maturity, talk and act with divine wisdom. Did you know that right from the very first day you received salvation, God wants you to make good use of every given opportunity. He does not want you to miss any opportunity that will expose you to His best in your life; He does not want you to miss the benefits in His divine wisdom and grace that will advance your life beyond dreams, visions, prophesies, your current profession, and your current career; He does not want you to miss any opportunity in your marriage relationships with your spouses, children and family, in your offices and people in your neighborhood and business. God wants your very best and you have to do what Paul did. Get rid of childish bitterness, malice, jealousy, lies, hatred and revenge.

Like Paul, believe you are now a child of the living God who is able and very willing to do all the impossible things in the world for His children; think like one and act like one despite what may be confronting you always. Paul wrote when he was a child, age not being a factor, he did all the things that children in their innocence and ignorant will do, but now that he is a man, he has to decisively put away all those childish things. He had to put away childish talking, put away maintaining childish thoughts, following childish impulses, actions, feelings, imaginations, and expectations. He has to move on to greater and divine ways of talking, thinking, imaginations, expectations, and of love. He has to move out of the treats of childish behaviors because he was no not facing childish challenges any more but matured ones; he was no more expecting childish opportunities but greater and matured ones and he must not miss the grace to overcome those challenge, and the ability to benefit greatly in those new opportunities that will come his way.

God has taken you out from your previous ways and is taking you into a new life, a new hope, a new relationship, with new opportunities and with greater grace and ability to succeed in life. There are many things that you have missed in life, but you cannot afford to keep missing them every time and must not miss the ones God is about to bring to you again if you want to make a difference and advance in our live and in your profession. God is opening great doors of immerse opportunities for every one of us each new day and we do not want for whatever reason to miss any. Opportunity missed is hard to come by, but God will never forsake you; He will bring back new ones and you will rejoice thereafter with Him. For prayers, Click here
