"DO NOT BE DECEIVED, GOD CAN HANDLE IT."

This is the account of Jesus Christ, Mary, and Martha at the tomb of Lazarus: “When Jesus saw her weeping and saw the other people wailing with her, a deep anger welled up within him, and he was deeply troubled. Where have you put him? He asked them. They told him, Lord, come and see. Then Jesus wept. The people who were standing nearby said; see how much he loved him. But some said this man healed a blind man. Couldn’t he have kept Lazarus from dying? Jesus was still angry as he arrived at the tomb, a cave with a stone rolled across its entrance. Roll the stone aside, Jesus told them. But Martha, the dead man’s sister, protested, Lord, he has been dead for four days. The smell will be terrible. Jesus responded, didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believe? So they rolled the stone aside. Then Jesus looked up to heaven and said, Father, thank you for hearing me. You always hear me, but I said it out loud for the sake of all these people standing here so that they will believe you sent me. Then Jesus shouted, Lazarus, come out. And the dead man came out, his hands and feet bound in grave clothes, his face wrapped in a head cloth. Jesus told them, unwrap him and let him go. John 11:33-44.

There are several things in our lives, in our families, profession, homes, marriages, children, job, our spouses and around us that we will never be able to handle despite being at the very best in knowledge, being at the very best in application of wisdom, having the best understanding of all events and being physically strong and spiritually strong in faith. It is good to note that spiritual and physical strength can fail, the knowledge we have is limited to what we can see and that the application of wisdom is not the solution to every problem that we will ever have or the ones we experience daily as Christians and children of the living God, but there are no problems that God cannot handle for us and on our behalf either through His unequalled power, through the strength of His words or through His presence with us.

People may tell you it is all over because of what they know about you and about the situations in your life; what they have seen happen because of the years of your delay, the disappointments, the discouragement, the shame, the humiliations, and injustices that you have suffered, and what they have heard from others in the same or similar situation previously, but do not be deceived by whatever they will ever say to you, whatever they have seen in you and whatever they have heard concerning you or in your life, God can handle all issues in your life irrespective of what they see, know and heard. Everybody close to Mary and Martha knew that Lazarus died; they heard the news concerning his death; they have seen death before and knew there is nothing anyone can do prevent it talk less of bringing that person back to life. Based on their knowledge and wisdom and understanding, they counsel Mary and Martha to take heart and accept what had happened, they advised them that death is inevitable and that they should not bother calling Christ Jesus into the matter or even trust they will ever see their brother again. Mary and Martha were deceived by what the people knew, heard, and had seen about the death, but Christ Jesus was there to prove them wrong; He was there to show them that everything else and everyone else will fail, He will and had not failed. In every situation, do not be consoled by the knowledge and wisdom, and understanding of men, but take courage, be consoled, and always rest your mind in the word of God concerning that situation, knowing that God words will never fail and that there is absolutely nothing that God cannot handle correctly for His children for His name's sake. There is no situation too deplorable or serious that He cannot successfully handle to your advantage; no injustice or its effect on you that God cannot handle to help you until His justification kicks into that situation to prove them wrong. There is no water too deep that He cannot rescue you or take you through; no enemy too strong that He cannot defeat; no fire too hot that He cannot prevent it from consuming you, and no condemnation against you that He cannot change.
