I WILL MAKE A WAY

That is an unfailing promise; “Behold, I am doing a new thing. Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. The beasts of the field honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I give waters in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen. The people I formed for Myself, that they may set forth My praise [and they shall do it]. Yet you have not called upon Me [much less toiled for Me], O Jacob; but you have been weary of Me, O Israel. You have not brought Me your sheep and goats for burnt offerings, or honored Me with your sacrifices. I have not required you to serve with an offering or treated you as a slave by demanding tribute or wearied you with offering incense. You have not bought Me sweet cane with money, or satiated Me with the fat of your sacrifices. But you have only burdened Me with your sins; you have wearied Me with your iniquities. I, even I, am He Who blots out and cancels your transgressions, for My own sake, and I will not remember your sins. Put Me in remembrance [remind Me of your merits]; let us plead and argue together. Set forth your case, that you may be justified (proved right).” Isaiah 43:19-26

In all generations and situations, irrespective of physical location, color, gender, profession, dreams, aspirations and desires, there is absolutely nothing too hard for our God to do. He had in several ways and divers places proved Himself in the lives of others, and there is no doubt He is going to do the same if not greater in you. No matter how small or great your efforts and imaginations will ever be, they will always be insignificant compared to Who our God is, and what He can, and will always do for His own children. God will never stop us from having imaginations, but will rather prefer that we continuously pray, trusting in, and following Him than live in our sometimes wild and unfruitful imaginations. No one will ever be able to figure out how God will make a way for him or her, but His promise is, I will always make a way for you at the right time, in the right place and at the right situation.

This promise takes away confusion at every crossroad we find ourselves, were we have failed and lost opportunities in the past. Making a way for you is nothing else but taking you safely through the impossibilities you will encounter as you walk with Him to reach your destined place and blessings in life. God did not promise there will never be impossibilities, but that He will make a way despite those impossibilities. Steps journey taken in faith encounters impossibilities, that is where God takes over to prove “the just shall live by faith” and open up the way for you.

Though tough, walking in faith will never destroy your chances of success, rather it opens the door for God to use you for His greatness and to intervene in your life and that of others. Faith does not make things easy but makes all godly promises very possible.

There is nothing as sweet as knowing the Almighty God is with you, there is nothing as assuring as walking along with Him through the rough, tough and difficult places and situations in life. In everything and in every situation, His presence and His promises will always make a difference. Your thoughts and strengths might diminish, but His will never, your prayers may be delayed, but He is still there with you, even in the very worst situation, He has promised to make a way to fulfill His words and promises to you. You might not know the way, but He knows it, you might see the lines, but He see them, there is nothing that escapes His knowledge, His eyes and His wisdom and that is the defenses and assurance you need for today.

Though he was very obedient, it was not Moses that navigated the way through the wilderness to the Promised Land, it was not the rod of Moses that divided the red sea; it was not Moses that feed the multitude with manner, provided water, health and safety to the children of Israel, it was the God who said “I will make a way”. That same God will make a way for you. Amen.
