GOD WILL NOT CHANGE HIS PLAN OR HIS MIND

“Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the Lord, as in the days of old, and as in former years. And I will come near to you to judgment, and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the Lord of hosts. For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye (you) sons (daughters) of Jacob are not consumed.” Malachi 3:4-6. The Lord will rise like a witness on your behalf; He will speak like God on your behalf, and He will defend you as only God can do in every situation. I want you to know that He has not changed His mind concerning you or will He ever change His mind or promises because of circumstances in your life.

Though Israel was enslaved in Egypt, yet God did not in any way change His mind or any of His promises concerning them. The promise to rescue Israel from slavery in Egypt was given to Abraham, though it took four hundred and thirty years to be fulfilled, yet God did not forget or forsake them, and He did not in any way change His mind or changes His plans concerning their freedom. Though Pharaoh and his people increased the punishment of the children of Israel in Egypt, giving them no space and no peace, yet God did not forsake them neither did He change His mind and His plans concerning their freedom. Though the children of Israel experienced a set back by the Red Sea and Pharaoh was pursuing behind to take them back to slavery and hardship in Egypt; though Israel wondered in the wilderness forest for forty years, moving from one location to another while on their way to the Promised Land, yet God did not change His mind concerning His words, His promises and did not change His plans for their freedom, their lives, and their destiny.

“He will not let your foot be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber. Behold, He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun shall not strike you by day nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all evil; He will keep your life. The Lord will keep your going out, and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.” Psalm 127:3-8. The Lord God Almighty did not fail when He kept Israel; when He lead Israel through the wilderness, through the Red Sea, through the River Jordan, through the wall of Jericho, and He did not fail when He established Israel in the Promised Land, He will not fail in your life. “A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only look with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place, the Most High, who is my refuge, no evil shall be allowed to befall you, no plague come near your tent. For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. On their hands, they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the adder, the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot.” Psalm 91:7-13

Thousands may fall by your side and before you; thousands may be homeless and homeless; a thousand may fall sick, be weak, and become weary; thousands may be without clothes and food; thousands may be without money and without a job, and thousands may never live to see their dreams fulfilled, yet God will not change His mind or change His plans concerning you. You are loved by Him even when no one loves you. You are secured by Him even when no one provides you with security; you are sustained by Him even when no one cares for you; you are wanted by Him even when no one wants you; you are strong in Him even when everyone sees and knows all of your weaknesses. You are true in Him and righteous in Him even when everyone says you are a liar and unrighteous. God has not and will not change His mind concerning you. Let the lions roar against you, He still remains the same. For prayers, Click here
