"GOD BLESSED ABRAHAM WITH YOU IN MIND"

Post date: Feb 7, 2017 3:04:54 AM

Before God blessed Abraham, God had a good plan in it for you; when He spoke the blessings out to him, He made adequate provision in it for you; there is nothing that will separate you from God’s original words, from His original intent, and from His original plans. The blessings of God on Abraham has an unending pronounced blessing in it; it has an unending extension through the redemptive grace that you have embraced in Jesus Christ by repentance, belief, and acceptance; it is also available to all humanity irrespective of race, gender and profession who will accept to follow Jesus Christ. Abraham’s blessing was done intentionally to include you despite the years past; it was done to prepare a future for you to inherit despite all of your struggles and you are being preserved for that future with hope despite what you will ever experience. Intentionally God did it so you will have a strong and a living hope and assurance in Him irrespective of what you may have been told by people. It was done so you will see your future clearly; it was done so you can trust your future in His hands and in His words; it was done so you can believe His plans for the future that He promised that is will be possible, and it was done to enable you to aspire for something better in your future with all heart, with all your strength and with all your mind. As God did not disappoint Abraham thereafter; as He did not disappoint Isaac who directly inherited the promise; as He did not disappoint Jacob who also inherited the promise from Isaac, and as He did not disappoint the children of Jacob (Israel) who demanded to see the promise fulfilled in their time and life, so will He not disappoint or deny you that promise.

There are enough evidence that same God will not disappoint you as you hold onto His words to Abraham and through our Lord and savior Jesus Christ; as He did not deny Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob what He promised, He will not deny you what He had promised also; as He did not allow Abraham to remain in shame and be defeated by the enemies around, so will He not allow you to  remain in any form of shame, cheated and defeated in that which He had given you by the people who fight to defeat and deny you of His promises; as He did not deny the children of Israel when they demanded for the promise, He will not deny you as you ask, as you pray and as you wait on Him. That blessing on Abraham was also intended for you, and for the generations after you; it was not to die with Abraham; it was not intended to end in his time or the time of his children; the blessing did not stop with Abraham and did not stop with Isaac. The blessings was for him to live with and glorify God and also show us the way; it was for his children to inherit and pass on the generations after them; it was for everyone who will ever come to know God and accept the God of Abraham and worship the God of Abraham and follow the God of Abraham to inherit.

“Now in Haran the Lord had said to Abram, go away from your country, and from your relatives and from your father’s house, to the land which I will show you; and I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you abundantly, and make your name great, exalted, distinguished; and you shall be a blessing a source of great good to others; and I will bless, do good for, benefit those who bless you, and I will curse, subject to My wrath and judgment the one who curses, despises, dishonors, has contempt for you. And in you all the families, nations of the earth will be blessed.” Genesis 12:1-3. “In you, all the families and nations of the earth will be blessed” that was God speaking. When God was giving Abraham His commandment and pronouncing all the blessing on him, God did it with you in His mind. He knew you will one day come to know Him; He knew you will one day accept Jesus Christ His Son as your Lord and savior; He knew you will one day receive salvation and He knew you will definitely have a desire for His blessings. All of the promises, all of the blessings, all of the instructions and all of the words spoken that day to Abraham were extended to you also. Because you are Abraham’s seed through Christ Jesus, you will definitely also inherit Abraham’s blessings from God. For Prayers Click here
