Coming to Christ Jesus is an open door for a change, it is the right step in the right direction to bring to pass expectations and dreams; it is the right step to be above and to overcome the power that hinders aspirations and divine revelations; it is a surest way to fulfill divine desires and give true and joyful meaning to who you are now compared to who you were before. Believing Christ Jesus and His words is the greatest opportunity to get past impossibilities, known and unknown fears, discouragement due to delays and denials, failures at the point of success, abuse of the past and the curses from the wicked. Following Him diligently leads one to the designated place of manifestations of all the promises and divine expectations. Christ Jesus came to make life worth

Living for something and expecting something. There is no one who had ever believed in Him, walks with Him, followed Him, and depends on Him who will never experience a change and will never the same. Christ Jesus changes lives, changes all situations, and bring expectations to life in such a way that give joy and endless celebration. Apostle Paul said he had a past which was unacceptable to God and to believers and he regretted the things he did; he had a past which he never desired to repeat itself again in his life and never desired anyone to do now. That past was completely changed the very day he heard the voice of Christ Jesus and surrendered his life to Hi; these are his words “This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, and I am the worst of them all. But God had mercy on me so that Christ Jesus could use me as a prime example of his great patience with even the worst sinners. Then others will realize that they, too, can believe in him and receive eternal life.” I Timothy 1:15-16. God changed Paul’s life, changed his thoughts, his actions, and at the end, made him one of His Apostle. You will not believe, follow, and trust in Jesus Christ and still remain the same; something must have to change in you.

Hannah was a believer in the power of God to bring a positive change in her life and situation; after several years of bearing the pains and insults of barrenness, she decided to make a covenant with God concerning her desire; she decided the place to make the covenant should be in the church; she decided also that though the covenant was between her and God, a priest should pray over her, and at the end of that covenant encounter, her countenance was completely changed, her situation changed, her words for herself were changed, and her expectations fulfilled. She said “My heart rejoices in the Lord. The Lord has made me strong. Now I have an answer for my enemies; I rejoice because you rescued me. No one is holy like the Lord. There is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God. Stop acting so proud and haughty. Don’t speak with such arrogance. For the Lord is a God who knows what you have done; he will judge your actions. The bow of the mighty is now broken, and those who stumbled are now strong. Those who were well fed are now starving, and those who were starving are now full. The childless woman now has seven children, and the woman with many children wastes away.” 1 Samuel 2:1-5

Jabez was another person who believed in having a change through a divine intervention, and true to his believes and actions, he had a changed experience beyond the expectations of his parents and everyone around him. At birth, his parents lost all hope of his becoming a blessing to them and treated him as their continuous problem; with that frustration, they gave him a name that was contrary to his dreams and expectations, and he desired a divine help and a divine change through prayers, and God gave him what he requested: “There was a man named Jabez who was more honorable than any of his brothers. His mother named him Jabez because his birth had been so painful. He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel, Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory, please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!” And God granted him his request.” 1 Chronicles 4:9-10.
