“WHEN DESIRES DIFFER FROM REALITY”

Post date: Mar 7, 2017 12:22:56 AM

When the godly inspired and pure desires in your heart differs greatly from the reality at hand you face and are exposed to every day, do not change that desire and do not doubt your God. The disparity does not you are a failure before God despite what many none believers will think and say to you; that does not mean you are not doing your best in life to get the best you conceived in the desires of your heart; it does not mean there is hidden sin in you working to stop your God from fulfilling the desires; that does not mean God had not forgotten all of your truly confessed previous and current sins; it does not mean you are still remaining actively in the evil closet of your previous mistakes in life, and it does not mean the doors of better things and opportunities will never be open for you as you keep the godly desires alive.

When all your desires differ from the reality, that does not mean God had forsaken, abandon, or is not helping you again; it does not mean God had closed His eyes on you and closed His ears on answering your prayers. When desire does not match up with reality, it does not mean God is no more a loving, He is no more a faithful God and He is no more the God of all comfort. I want you to know that no situation will ever change our God to refuse to help His own and make ways for them out of their circumstance. When desires differ from realities, do not allow the devil tell you it is because the desires are wrong or unattainable. There is no desire bigger than our God and there will never be a situation that He cannot and will change for His glory to be revealed. When desires differ from reality, the devil wants you to believe that your God is weak and not supportive enough; he wants you to think that you are inferior, unwanted, and unloved by your God; he wants you to switch over to him and to follow him; he wants you to drop such desires and take up desires he will place in your heart; he wants you to blame yourself, to accuse yourself and to condemn yourself; he wants you to tell yourself what is not right and acceptable before God and he wants you to doubt your salvation, your sincerity and all of your faithfulness before God. Your salvation is the greatest reality that Satan cannot deny but he will try to make you doubt your repentance, your forgiveness, and your salvation. Your current situation may not be right compared to your desires but your salvation is right before God, your repentance is accepted before God and your forgiveness had been complete before God.

God had given you the right to be called His son's and daughters through the salvation of your soul by Jesus Christ. You have every right to desire the very best for yourself now and in the future. “To those elect believers who live as exiles, scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, who are chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father by the sanctifying work of the Spirit to be obedient to Jesus Christ and to be sprinkled with His blood: may grace and peace, that special sense of spiritual well-being be yours in increasing abundance as you walk closely with God. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant and boundless mercy has caused us to be born again, renewed, and set apart for His purpose to an ever-living hope and confident assurance through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, born anew into an inheritance which is imperishable beyond the reach of change and undefiled and unfading, reserved in heaven for you, who are being protected and shielded by the power of God through your faith for salvation that is ready to be revealed for you in the last time. In this you rejoice greatly, even though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been distressed by various trials, so that the genuineness of your faith, which is much more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested and purified by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.” you still remain the sons and daughters of God. 1 Peter 1:1-7.
