GOD WILL NOT CHANGE HIS PLAN OR HIS MIND (2)

God will make His work in you known to people; He will make His word for you known to all people; He will perform according to His plans, not the plans of men; He had perfected His word and His work in you and for you, He will perform them in your life. Despite the presence of any form of darkness, fear, uncertainty, and shame around you, none of them will not overcome you neither will any of them take away the word and the work of God in your life. Nothing will stop God’s work in you from being seen, and nothing will stop His word for you from manifesting. It is certain that delays will not stop them, the passing of years and days; the wickedness of afflictions, age, sickness, difficulties, hunger, loneliness, disappointments, or any form of failure will not be able to stop our God or make Him change His mind, His plans, and His destiny for your life. The voices of men may be strong and loud in your ears and heart, yet the still small voice of the God we serve concerning you will still stand and be fulfilled.

This is what God told Elijah when he felt lonely, isolated, and very fearful for his life. “Then He said, go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord. And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind, and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake, and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire and after the fire a still small voice. So it was, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. Suddenly a voice came to him, and said, what are you doing here, Elijah?” 1 Kings 19:11-13. While Elijah was waiting to hear from God, the first thing he saw, heard, and experienced was a strong wind that did break rocks into pieces; the second was an earthquake, and the third was a fire, but God was neither in any of them, then he finally heard a still small voice and that was the voice of God speaking to Him. Even in your pains, you will hear the word of God and see the work of God being manifested in your life. The noise and all the voices raised against your life, your success, your marriage, your children, your spouse, your promotion, your health, your profession, and your job will soon fade away; the voices and noise aiding your loneliness, your isolation, your fears, you trouble, and their forces against you will be defeated; the destructions waiting to happen in your life will be stopped. God has not changed His mind or His plans to defend you, to heal you, to restore you, and to bless you. He will do all that He had said and promised you even when everyone deserts and discredit you.

This is what Habakkuk said when heard what people said of, to and about him and what God said and His plans for him; “I heard and my heart pounded, my lips quivered at the sound; decay crept into my bones, and my leg tremble. Yet I will wait patiently for the day of calamity to come on the nation invading us. Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign Lord is my strength; He makes my feet like the feet of a deer, He enables me to tread on the heights.” Habakkuk 3:16-19

Irrespective of what people may say of you, say to you, say against you, to make you feel bad and look evil, their voice is not the voice of God, what God says of you, and to you is the truth and that is what will be fulfilled. Fixed your eyes on the Lord Jesus Christ, trust in Him, make His words your strength, and rely on Him. God will not change His mind or His plans concerning you because of what people say, think, or do against you. “At my first defense, no one came to my support, everyone deserted me, but the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, and I was delivered from the lion’s mouth. The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom. 2 Timothy 4:16-18. For prayers, Click here
