I AM SAVED, LORD WHAT NEXT?

If there is anything you should ever doubt about yourself, it should never be the power of the Almighty God, the power of your salvation, and what God by grace is making out of your current situation and life. The Salvation of your soul was deliberate to enable you fulfill your God ordained will and purpose. It was done so you will come to know God, appreciate Him and be known by Him. It was done so you will become His child, useful to yourself, to your family, to God and to all humanity; to be respected, to be progressive and be able to stand out and declare the goodness of your God. You must not fail.

You were deliberately called out of the shackles of the power of darkness caused by sin; filled with the Holy Ghost from above and anointed to activate God’s heavenly agenda which only you alone can fulfill. You were saved so God will turn your entire life around for good and use you for His glory in the world. You were saved so the doors of heaven will be open when you call and the gates of hell closed when you ask, and to set people free by telling of them of your God. You were saved so God can answer when you pray and grant you your desires. Remember, you were not saved so the world may accept and love you.

God did not save you to remain as you were or to be as others. This is the words of Christ Jesus concerning the purpose of your salvation. “You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste (its strength, its quality), how can its saltiness be restored? It is not good for anything any longer but to be thrown out and trodden underfoot by men. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do men light a lamp and put it under a peck measure, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all in the house. Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven” Matthew 5:13-16

You were saved to positively affect others with good things, in all things, in all seasons and in all occasions despite the degree of offence people may have committed against you, despite the situation you may find yourself, and despite the words of men against you, that is why Christ Jesus used the word salt, light, earth and the world in the passage above.

He devil hates your salvation and the power associated with it above any other thing in your life, he always rejoices when you are afflicted with anything painful. It is your salvation that guarantees your victory over him and all his actions. It is your salvation that keeps him from running you down and out completely despite leaving you helpless, hopeless and lonely now. It is the power in your salvation that is stopping and resisting him. It is the power of your salvation that is making you not to be what he says you are though he shows you the signs always.

The battle for spiritual and physical freedom is far beyond just having enough and going, it is far beyond what you see every day, feel every moment and hear every day. It is a battle that everyone is fighting irrespective of faith, religious affiliation, profession, location, wealth and gender. The rich as well as the poor, the strong as well as the weak are in the same battle. It is your dreams, desires, visions and sustaining same that is at stake. It involves everything known and unknown about you and you must win because of the salvation of your soul.

Salvation enables you to take back your destiny through Christ Jesus. David said “I look up to the mountains does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. Indeed, he who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. The Lord himself watches over you. The Lord stands beside you as your protective shade. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon at night. The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord Keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.” Psalm 121:1-8. Prayers Click here
