YOU WILL GET IT. The promise will never fail.

“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away”. Matthew 24:35

The joy of the promise is not in the promise itself but in the person who made the promise.

Many believers had taken their eyes off the person that made the promise and put it on the promise itself. But the facts in the promise are numerous but permit me to mention a few:

1.    The promise will be greatly challenged by the devil using all available means to make them appear none existent, a fake or an impossible task or dream for you.

2.    The person who will inherit the promise will also be challenged severely on several fronts, to make them a mockery in the family and the society.

3.    The road to the promise will always be laced with land mines, bumps, blockades and huge barricades to discourage you. Don’t be discouraged, just keep moving on.

4.    The nearer you approach the fulfillment of the promise the more difficult and unattainable it seems, and the more discouraged and unsatisfied you become.

5.    The period to enter the promise, mysterious things will begin to happen.

6.    The nearer the promise is to you, the more isolated and lonely you become.

But: 1.    The promise may be delayed but the person who made the promise can never be stopped.

2.    The promise was sealed in the truthfulness and faithfulness of God Himself.

3.    Our God cannot change His mind concerning you despite the activities of the devil and all his cohorts under heaven combine.

When God gave Abraham and his descendants the promise of Canaan, (a land flowing with milk and honey), He first took them to Egypt to save them from starvation, providing miraculously for them even in a strange place, then He moved them from Egypt through forty two different locations before their final arrival at the Promised Land. God will take you there

Did you know that you will get the promise despite the challenging situations and provocations, locations and difficulties, discouragements and delays, abuses and denials?

Never take your eyes off the God who made the promise and can never be challenged.

Pray every day reminding Him of His promises to you. Live in that expectation every day. He might move you around but will never forsake you. He might sustain you with daily peanuts but will never deny you the fullness for forever. He alone can take you there and may I say to you today He will surely do that if you remain in Him.

Keep on walking in faith and moving towards the promise and trusting Him each and every day.

“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven”, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the Lord for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.  Ecclesiastes 3:1, Isaiah 55:11-13

You will get it because He who made the promise never fails.
