“Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. In response Jesus said to it, let no one eat fruit from you ever again. And His disciples heard it. Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter, remembering, said to Him, Rabbi, look, the fig tree which You cursed has withered away. So Jesus answered and said to them, have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Mark 11:12-14; 20-24

There are three things to do when mountains are before you. The first is to wish the mountain be taken away by someone and you do nothing else; the second is to walk back and remain where you came from not giving consideration to the adverse effect of the mountain on your desires and your prospects of being better than before, and the third is to take precise steps at removing the mountain and doing that until the mountain is removed. It is good for believers to know that God can give you the ideas you need in life when you put your heart, your mind, and your strength at doing something. God might be silent on you when you do not desire anything better for yourself despite Him saving your soul from the hands of Satan and his destructive plans. God might be silent on you when you always wish something to happen without doing something positive and practical about it. God desires the very best for everyone but He will not force any on us. God has better plans for every one of us as long as we are alive in many things and in many ways but He will only reveal the plans to us in our hearts, through our thoughts, through the desires and through our daily experiences and exposure irrespective of our location and gender but He will not force our decision despite the revelations. The decision is our responsibility and whatever we decide, when we pray, when we walk and grow in the application of faith, when we absolutely trust in His ability to do them even in our weakness and confusion, and when we patiently wait on Him with all determination we can ever have, that He will definitely do for us.

Let your determination be your prayer, not your wish; let your decision and God’s ability be your focus, not your weakness and the evil plans of those desiring to stop or hinder you; let your trust in Him be your strength and reason for holding onto what He had revealed to you either through His words, through a personal revelation, through a convinced strong and appropriate desire in your heart, or through your daily experience and the things He is exposing you in life. Hannah never knew she will have problem with child bearing until after her marriage when the second wife of her husband and her children started mocking her and the shame she received from them physically. That experience made her to decide to pray consistently not wish; they made her trust God for the impossibility despite being mocked with shame. She acted on her decision, remained on her desire and determined to stay until she sees the result, and thank God the result was more glorious than she anticipated. That is what God can, will do for you. Those things you experience daily is a mountain that should never be taken lightly; some are wakeup call from God for you to do something with that situation; some is a wakeup call to reveal your destiny from God, wrestle and take hold of your stolen destiny from the hands of Satan and the wicked; some is a wakeup call for you to move up and higher in your area out from where you are right now; some is a wakeup call for you to know that God is with you and is ready to give you something better and bigger in life. God had called you; He had destined you for something better despite the struggles you have now, your decision matters. I demand this mountain to move. For Prayers, Click here
