WHEN THE LORD REMEMBERS YOU (11)

The beginning of Mordicai victory was his remembrance by God which prompted an immediate remembrance by the king. The victory of Mordicai was excellently planned and executed by God in ways that even the king, Haman, his wife and friends, Queen Esther, Mordecai and everyone else in the country did not in any way knows about, it was perfect, excellent and it was glorious in the eyes and ears of men. That is how God is going to do your own. Haman was happy about his plots against Mordicai but when it turned against him and his family, everyone knew it was God alone who can do such. The remembrance of Mordicai was just the beginning of good and better things that only God in His power can do and they came at a time that it was most needed for Mordicai, for Esther and the entire Jews. When God begins yours, it will affect you, affect your family and affect everything about and in and through you.

When God remembered Noah in the ark, it affected his family members positive and everything and everyone that was with him in that ark, He rescued all of them and blessed all of them. When God remembered Hannah, He opened her womb and gave her seven Children even when she asked for just one and that gift affected her life and everyone around her positively except for her enemy. When God remembered Abraham and Sarah, He fulfilled the promise He gave them concerning a child that they will name Isaac, the fulfillment affected their entire household, and when God remembered Mordicai, that same day, it became a celebration of total liberation, a celebration of total healing, a celebration of honor even before his enemy and the people, and it became a celebration of unending joy and a celebration of the power of the Almighty God that no man can match in any way or any form.

This is how God did it. Haman was invited to a feast which he never knew was scheduled by God to end his threats and dominance of Mordicai and the Jews, he happily went and God executed His plans openly before the king. “So the king and Haman went in to eat the elaborate feasting with Queen Esther. As they were drinking wine on the second day, the king asked Esther again, what are you asking for in your petition I will give it to you, grant it. What is it you want, I will give you as much as half of my kingdom and it shall be done. Then Queen Esther answered, my king, if you are pleased with me, if I have found favor in the king’s sight and if it pleases, seems good to you, let me live. This is what I ask in my petition and let my people live, too. This is what I want in my request. My people and I have been sold to be destroyed, killed, slaughtered and completely wiped out. If we had merely, simply been sold as male and female slaves, I would have kept quiet, remained silent, because that would not be enough of a problem to bother the king. Then King Xerxes Ahasuerus asked Queen Esther, who is he, and where is he? Who has done, dared, presumed to do such a thing? Esther said, our enemy, oppressor; adversary and foe is this wicked evil Haman. Then Haman was filled with terror before the king and queen. The king was very angry, filled with rage, got up, left his wine, and went out into the palace house garden. But Haman stayed inside to beg Queen Esther to save his life. He could see that the king had already decided to kill him. When the king returned from the palace house garden to the banquet hall, he saw Haman falling on the couch where Esther was lying. The king said, will he even attack, assault, molest the queen while I am in the house? As soon as the king said that, servants came in and covered Haman’s face signaling his doom. Harbona, one of the eunuchs there serving the king, said, look, a seventy-five-foot-high platform, gallows stands near Haman’s house. This is the one Haman had prepared for Mordecai, who gave the warning that saved the king. The king said, hang Haman on it. So they hanged Haman on the platform he had prepared for Mordecai.” Esther 7:1-10. Mordicai was not there and did not speak, but God raised up Esther to do just that. God will raise up someone for you. Prayer Request Click here
