"OH MY GOD, WHERE ARE THE MOUNTAINS?"

“But Moses told the people, don’t be afraid. Just stand still and watch the Lord rescue you today. The Egyptians you see today will never be seen again. The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.” Exodus 14:13-14. You will praise this God; you will proclaim His goodness; you will tell the good story; you will live to know that His goodness changes things; you will receive the blessing in abundance; you will see and experience with joy the things you have asked for; you will live to enjoy the good things God had destined for you in this life and you will live to tell others how great your God had been to you; how sweet it is to consistently follow and rely on Him; you will enjoy all the elevating powers of hoping and trusting in Him to the end; you will see the clear difference that is between your yesterday, your today and your future; the God who had saved you in love will show you mercy, will show you faithfulness, He will deliver you, he will defend you and He will protect you for His glory. Your blessings will be preserved and your joy and celebration will be prolonged. You will not have to cry again in the hands of the wicked before you move to the next stage of what God had destined for you. The God who took these mountains away will not allow them to come back either in the day or in the night, either in you conscious moments or in your unconscious moments. He will be your guide and your guard and He will make His resources available to you at all times. Our God is a miraculous God.

Jabez woke up one morning and saw changes he never saw before in his life and I am sure he did ask, where are the mountains, where are the poverties, where are the stigmas, where are the pains of his birth, and where are the sorrows associated with his name. When the mountains are taken away, difficult things are made easy, delays are taken away, hardship is swept away, rejection will become something past and frustrations will turn to joy. I see the mountains removed and I see God giving His instructions, never come back. You will get to that state of not seeing those mountains again; you will look for them and will not see any or see their marks on you; you will ask people about them and will not have a reply; you will say to everyone around you that your Lord Jesus Christ had totally delivered you from all your enemies and taken away you afflictions that had been your companion for quite a long time.

Hannah later had seven living joyful children from her womb and exclaimed “My heart rejoices in the Lord, the Lord has made me strong. Now I have an answer for my enemies; I rejoice because you rescued me. No one is holy like the Lord, there is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God. Stop acting so proud and haughty. Don’t speak with such arrogance, for the Lord is a God who knows what you have done; he will judge your actions. The bow of the mighty is now broken, and those who stumbled are now strong. Those who were well fed are now starving, and those who were starving are now full. The childless woman now has seven children, and the woman with many children wastes away.” 1 Samuel 2:1-5. What are you living expectations from now? Like Hannah, God will make you strong and keep you strong in faith and in the things He is about to lead you to from now on; those had profited in your weakness and in your shame before will be surprised at your speed of recovery and the foundation God will place you; those who had taken advantage of your previous situation will be amazed how God had turn things around for you and in your life; you are now a new creature, a new person, and old things are gone forever, you will begin to bring forth new things in Jesus Name. God will give you good answers to anyone who will ever ask you questions again; He will give you reasons to rejoice and He will rescue you from any pit of affliction and from every shame and humiliations you have ever suffered. The things that had lured you into afflictions before will not have the power to lure you again; the things that held you captive in those afflictions will not hold up against you again; the God who took the mountains out will keep them out forever.
