WHAT IS IN MY TOMORROW LORD?

Sickness may be in your body today but that is not the tomorrow God had prepared for you to see. Barrenness may be affecting your thoughts today but that also is not the tomorrow God had prepared for you to experience. Physical and spiritual weakness may be your greatest problem today, but that also is not the tomorrow God had prepare for you to live with. Lack of acceptable suitor may be your greatest hindrance today, but that is not also the tomorrow that God has for you to be worried with. Loneliness may be have taken hold of you today, but that also is not the tomorrow that God has for your life. Poverty may be preventing you today, but that is never the future God has prepared for you. Sorrow may be your companion today, but that also is not the tomorrow that God has for you. Failure may be your companion today, but it is not the tomorrow God has for you. Our Lord Jesus Christ said:-

“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. And you know the way to where I am going. No, we don’t know, Lord, Thomas said. We have no idea where you are going, so how can we know the way? Jesus told him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. If you had really known me, you would know who my Father is. From now on, you do know him and have seen him. Philip said, Lord, show us the Father, and we will be satisfied. Jesus replied, have I been with you all this time, Philip, and yet you still don’t know who I am? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. So why are you asking me to show him to you? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? The words I speak are not my own, but my Father who lives in me does his work through me. Just believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me. Or at least believe because of the work you have seen me do.” John 14:1-11

Jesus Christ did not leave His disciples clueless with regards to anything that will affect their lives and their faithfulness to Him during His time He spent with them and in their tomorrow; He did not fail to tell them clearly what will happen to them thereafter, what they should do and be doing, how they should be doing what He said, where they should go and carry out all of His commands them. He actually included their tomorrow in every of His promises and did not leave them to be guessing or dwell in imaginations or speculations or asked them to be asking someone else or each other. Their tomorrow was important to Him then and so is your tomorrow also important to Him now; their welfare was important to Him then and so is your welfare also very important to Him now; their health was important to Him then and so is your health important to Him now; their family was important to Him then and so is your family also important to Him now, their finances was important to Him then and so is your finances important to Him now.

You may have gone through several things in life by now and many more will come but none of those things and these things will be able to change the good things that God had personally destined for you in your tomorrow. The disciples of Jesus Christ suffered much; they went several things in their lives, death threats from enemies, hunger, loneliness, weakness, and stripes but none was able to stop Christ Jesus from fulfilling all of His promises and confirming all of His words in their lives and blessing their activities

When I write about your tomorrow, it does not mean when you die, but what you will live to see, what you will live to experience, and what you will partake in this very life that God had freely given to you today. Whatever is resisting your dreams, visions and godly desires for tomorrow are temporal and will never succeed in all their efforts and attempts to keep you from seeing and experiencing and rejoicing in what God had destine for you tomorrow.
