WHAT DIVINE ANOINTING WILL DO IN YOU (2)

Irrespective of the situation, the array of troubles and battles, the depression, loneliness and any form of disappointment, and the works of the enemies, the anointing will always prevail which was the case of Jeremiah, with Peter, with Paul, with Elijah and many others and will soon also be yours. Before the anointing will speak for others through you, it will first speak to you in your spirit, in your heart, in your thoughts, and in your desires; it will stir you up within with courage and determination despite previous failures even when you do not have the understanding of what is happening within you or have the instruments to start what the anointing is speaking to you. When God spoke to Jeremiah about what he was destined to do, Jeremiah could not believe it because of the impediment he knew in his life until God put His hands and touched his mouth and that touch opened him for what he was destined overcoming the impediment he knew. The same also was in the case of Peter when Christ joins him after a night of disappointment by the bank of the river. Peter never believed things can change suddenly; never believed the place he just had a disappointment could be the same place he will have a miracle, could not believe the same instruments he used when he failed are still valuable in the same place doing the same thing he did before but this time under the command and direct supervision of Jesus Christ by his side. When you obey the command and follow the leading and the teaching of the anointing from heaven, things are bound to change despite the previous failures in doing the same thing you are commanded or led to do under the anointing.

Your previous experience is not a hindrance to the works and results of the anointing. You have to stop referring to your past successes or failures in life; your future under the anointing and the direct supervision of Jesus Christ is far better than your previous best or your previous failures; do not look behind you but look ahead of you, look up to your future; your past had been taken away through salvation in Christ Jesus and through the anointing, and believe and trust, your future is being enabled and made possible. Moses never knew he could be useful again after forty years of spending time with animals in the bush. David never knew he could ever be a king after being scheduled by his parents to be a sheep keeper in the forest; Jeremiah could believe his future is better after knowing his weakness and speech impairment. Despite being confined and restricted by the authority in power, Jeremiah shouted, there is burning fire shut up in my bones; that was the anointing fire within him despite what was happening to him.

This is what Jeremiah said concerning himself because of the anointing that on him: “Jeremiah said, O Lord, You have persuaded me and I was deceived; You are stronger than I and You have prevailed. I am a laughingstock all day long; everyone mocks me. For whenever I speak, I must shout out; I shout violence and destruction because the word of the Lord has become to me a reprimand and a mockery and has brought me insult all day long. If I say, I will not remember Him or speak His name anymore, then my heart becomes a burning fire shut up in my bones and I am weary of enduring and holding it in; I cannot endure it nor contain it any longer. For I have heard the whispering and defaming words of many, terror on every side, denounce him, let us denounce him, all my familiar and trusted friends, those who are watching for my fall, say, perhaps he will be persuaded and deceived; then we will overcome him, and take our revenge on him. But the Lord is with me as a dread champion, one to be greatly feared; therefore my persecutors will stumble and not overcome me. They will be completely shamed, for they have not acted wisely and have failed in their schemes; their eternal dishonor will never be forgotten. But, O Lord of hosts, You who examine the righteous, who see the heart and the mind, let me see Your vengeance on them; for to You I have committed my cause.” Jeremiah 20:7-12. For prayers Click here
