“HUMILIATION WILL NOT STOP YOU, BE STRONG”

There are many things to contend with and there are many reasons to give up but giving up is never the best option if you desire to be what God had said of you, what you have labored for in training and education, what you know you can do and can be and what God had anointed you to do and be in life. Satan may be throwing things at you from all angles, from health to finances, to marriage, to children, to a good job, to peaceful home and spouse and to things you thought should and could never be mentioned in association with you; all Satan is seeking to achieve by those things is to give personal convincing reasons to give up trying, trusting God, following the right ways, and remaining faithful to God’s principles; he desires you to quit the dreams, the pursuits, the visions, and the desires to stand up before God and before man to glorify your God openly. Everyone has a reason to quit and everyone has the desire to quit but those who will stand the time and trial, those who will refuse the reasons from Satan and stand up with strong determination to forge ahead will overcome and will achieve that which God only will take the glory. There are reasons to quit and there are reasons to stand up and refuse to quit, refusing giving up your divine purpose, refuse surrendering your dreams and visions and desires and there are better reasons for you to be successful irrespective of what you see and know of yourself and the situation, and irrespective of what experience you have had seeking that success. You were made for things bigger than failures, bigger than humiliation, bigger than lack, and bigger than begging to meet your needs. You were made for things divine and spectacular and excellent. God in His love made you for something unique and He had set you to be what He said and made and Satan will not stop you. You can overcome that stigma, you can overcome that shame, you can overcome that humiliation, and you can overcome that insult and injustice. God had set you for success while Satan is seeking to stop and hinder you in his way. The success story of Joseph will never be complete without mentioning what he went through to secure that celebrated success we all need and deserve. Like Joseph, your trouble will not destroy you in Jesus name. Amen. Joseph suffered hatred, jealousy, evil thinking and evil actions from his siblings; he was separated from his parents and sold as a slave; he suffered false accusations and endured bad feelings from his masters, he was imprisoned and transferred from one prison to another unjustly but Joseph was determined to finish strong and finish well, he was determined to let nothing stop him from fulfilling the plans and words and revelations of God for his life. That is the God you serve, that is the God who saved you, that is the God who promised you; that is the God I know and that is the God who is standing with you to distinguish and strengthen you despite what they say and what they are doing against you. Joseph’s road to triumph despite his hardship was painful but he succeeded, it was humiliating yet he survived, it was troublesome, yet he stood strong; it was fearful, yet his God was stronger and His promises more solid and truthful. This is his testimony:

“Joseph could stand it no longer. There were many people in the room, and he said to his attendants, out, all of you. So he was alone with his brothers when he told them who he was. Then he broke down and wept. He wept so loudly the Egyptians could hear him, and word of it quickly carried to Pharaoh’s palace. I am Joseph, he said to his brothers. Is my father still alive? But his brothers were speechless; they were stunned to realize that Joseph was standing there in front of them. Please, come closer, he said to them. So they came closer. And he said again, I am Joseph, your brother, whom you sold into slavery in Egypt. But don’t be upset, and don’t be angry with yourselves for selling me to this place. It was God who sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives. This famine that has ravaged the land for two years will last five more years and there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. God has sent me ahead of you to keep you and your families alive and to preserve many survivors. So it was God who sent me here, not you. And he is the one who made me an adviser to Pharaoh.” Genesis 45:1-8. For prayers, Click here
