“WHAT IS GOD SAYING TO ME? IV”

Post date: Mar 15, 2017 1:04:02 AM

I am well aware of my covenant with you, I have chosen, I have accepted you, and you are mind. I have redeemed you before and I will redeem you again.’ I want you to know that irrespective of your challenges, color, and location, you still remain a redeemed child of the living God through grace in Jesus Christ. Though you still have challenging situations to deal with and the devil may contest the effectiveness of your redemption, in the eyes and presence of our Father in heaven, your redemption is still valid, effective, and active and will remain productive and will benefit you. You have been redeemed from all the things you consider as hindrance long before you see them begin; you have been redeemed from the things that cause offends, anger, and all forms of poverty long before you started experiencing them around you. You have been redeemed from confusion, shame, loneliness, sleeplessness, misunderstanding, misfortune, failures, rejection, sadness and all forms of tortures and you will be redeemed again. You have been redeemed from the greatest impediment to a good relationship with God, victory and good success called sin by the grace of salvation and the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. That one sacrifice on the cross on our behalf is still honored in heaven and feared by Satan and all his agents till this day.

Because God had redeemed you, He will also defend and deliver you. In all seasons and in all the places you will ever go to, your redemption is a threat to the devil but he will not just give up on you because of that, but through the redemptive power of the Almighty God working every day to your advantage, you will have victory over him again, that redemptive grace works every day, everywhere, and every time. With His amazing love still effectively working in you, God will never stop working in redeeming your life until the day you are united with Him in heaven. He did not stop until the children of Israel were in the Promised Land. Because of God’s promise to Abraham, He did not forget the children of Israel at any time. When famine became a challenge to Isaac and his wife Rebekah while they were in Gerar with Abimelech as king, because of God’s covenant promise to Abraham, He provided Isaac a miracle that changed his fortune in the same year, in the same place and with the same people. When Pharaoh, the king of Egypt in his wickedness increased the task and the people rose to punish the children of Israel, to keep them in perpetual captivity, to kill all their male children, and to make them unproductive, because of the covenant God had with Abraham, He delivered them from the hands of Pharaoh and from the hands of the children of Egypt. When the Red Sea became a threat to their onward movement to the Promised Land, God by His divine power divided the Red Sea to give the children of Israel a passage while preventing the Egyptian armies from passage. The same happened in River Jordan. When the wall of Jericho became a hindrance, God pulled it down because of His covenant with Abraham. God will not forget you because of His covenant in the blood of Jesus.

“Then the Lord told Moses, now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh. When he feels the force of my strong hand, he will let the people go. In fact, he will force them to leave his land. And God said to Moses, I am Yahweh, the Lord. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as El-Shaddai, God Almighty, but I did not reveal my name, Yahweh, to them. And I reaffirmed my covenant with them. Under its terms, I promised to give them the land of Canaan, where they were living as foreigners. You can be sure that I have heard the groans of the people of Israel, who are now slaves to the Egyptians. And I am well aware of my covenant with them. Therefore, say to the people of Israel: I am the Lord. I will free you from your oppression and will rescue you from your slavery in Egypt. I will redeem you with a powerful arm and great acts of judgment. I will claim you as my own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God who has freed you from your oppression in Egypt. I will bring you into the land I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I will give it to you as your very own possession. I am the Lord.” Exodus 6:1-8. For Prayers Click here
