ANNOUNCE MY NEXT LOCATION, OH LORD

Post date: May 22, 2014 4:00:48 AM

You might probably be thinking you are done with life where you are right now, thinking you are stocked in that location, in that ugly situation and in that unpleasant profession, those types of thoughts are driven by some unpleasant experiences in life; those thoughts are truly false and need to be trashed and your heart renewed quickly concerning your life and your future. Because you are God’s His own child, God is never leaving you at that particular place of shame where you are right now until He establishes you where He had destined for you in this very life before you were born despite all the past experiences. His words for you are still effective today as they were the day He pronounced them.

The very day that God formed you in His image and likeness in your mothers’ womb, He did not in any way associate with you the evil dreams and unpleasant situations of the devil, you were totally associated with the very best of His desires from His heart. Those desires had not changed though you have changed over the years. It is good to know that there are no situations that can change the desires of God for His children; everything under the sun only help in fulfilling the plans and purpose of God for those who will stand with Him all through the period.

Ever before Moses was born; before the decree of Pharaoh to kill the infant male children of the Israelites; before Moses subsequent preservation by his parents; before he was adopted by the daughter of Pharaoh; before his unfortunate killing of the Egyptian, God had destined him for something greater in life than all that he went through in life, something more than what the words of men could rightly expressed and the hearts of men could imagined.

When things went wrong in Moses’s life, at a time when he thought the backyard of Jethro and the mountains were going to be his final place in life after running away from Pharaoh’s palace in Egypt, God thought otherwise for him. In God’s book concerning Moses, residing in the forest and in the backyard of Jethro was not his final place in life, and tending the flocks of Jethro was not his final profession. Though Moses had forgotten all about aspiring further in life, God never forgot what He had destined him to be. On a faithful day, while still in the forest, God showed up in a burning bush with a voice and announced Moses next place in life and his next profession. This was the life changing announcement. “One day Moses was tending the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian. He led the flock far into the wilderness and came to Sinai, the mountain of God. There the angel of the Lord appeared to him in a blazing fire from the middle of a bush. Moses stared in amazement. Though the bush was engulfed in flames, it didn’t burn up. This is amazing, Moses said to himself. Why isn’t that bush burning up? I must go see it. When the Lord saw Moses coming to take a closer look, God called to him from the middle of the bush, Moses, Moses, Here I am, Moses replied. Do not come any closer, the Lord warned. Take off your sandals, for you are standing on holy ground. I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. When Moses heard this, he covered his face because he was afraid to look at God. Then the Lord told him, I have certainly seen the oppression of my people in Egypt. I have heard their cries of distress because of their harsh slave drivers. Yes, I am aware of their suffering. So I have come down to rescue them from the power of the Egyptians and lead them out of Egypt into their own fertile and spacious land. It is a land flowing with milk and honey, the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live. Look, the cry of the people of Israel has reached me, and I have seen how harshly the Egyptians abuse them. Now go, for I am sending you to Pharaoh. You must lead my people Israel out of Egypt.” Exodus 3:1-10.

I pray that Go will also give the same to you and announce your next location and your next profession in Jesus name. Amen. For prayers, Click here
