The impact of divine favor is far-reaching, it is beyond reasoning and understanding, breaks all forms of spiritual, physical and financial barriers, it takes one far beyond what we have done and will do, far beyond who we know, who we have and what we have. Divine favor always comes with a distinction and blessings that human knowledge will not be able to grasp, and the Almighty is the only one give us divine favor without changing His mind or changing His words due to anything that people may say or do against you. From the standpoint of the gospel, the Jews at present are enemies of God for your sake which is for your benefit, but from the standpoint of God’s choice of the Jews as His people, they are still loved by Him for the sake of the fathers. For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable, for He does not withdraw what He has given, nor does He change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call. Just as you once were disobedient and failed to listen to God, but have now obtained mercy because of their disobedience, so they too have now become disobedient so that they too may one day receive mercy because of the mercy shown to you. For God has imprisoned all in disobedience so that He may show mercy to all Jew and Gentile alike. Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God. How unsearchable are His judgments and decisions and how unfathomable and untraceable are His ways. For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor? Or who has first given to Him that it would be paid back to Him? For from Him all things originate and through Him all things live and exist and to Him are all things directed. To Him be glory and honor forever. Amen.” Romans 11:28-36

The result of divine favor is unimaginative, they are far beyond the best of our dreams and the best of our desires and the best of our works; they are beyond human connections, relationships, and human help; they are beyond what your parents are or were and what they have or have not; they are beyond the profound nature of your ancestors; they are the works of the Almighty God in your life to distinguish you and bless you and use you. Saul became the first king in Israel not because he asked for it from his people or from Samuel, not because to prayed to God asking to be made the king and not because his family was great in Israel. It was divine favor that gave and made Saul king in Isreal, and I ask God to give you such divine favor today in Jesus Name. Saul did not ask to be made a king, he did not ask God for anything specific in His life before that day, all he was doing was looking for a lost sheep, but he was chosen as King, but we are told to ask God for anything and when we ask, we have the assurance that we will be given. “Now a day before Saul came, the Lord had informed Samuel of this, saying, about this time tomorrow I will send you a man from the land of Benjamin, and you shall anoint him as leader over My people Israel, and he will save My people from the hand of the Philistines. For I have looked upon the distress of My people because their cry for help has come to Me. When Samuel saw Saul, the Lord said to him, there is the man of whom I spoke to you. This one shall rule over My people as their king.” 1 Samuel 9:15-17. That was a divine favor.

Divine favor comes with purpose and duty; this purpose duty is effectively done after the favor and it glorifies God. Divine favor changes people and changes situations, it gives hope and future beyond strength and bravery and all forms of human knowledge, wisdom, and connections. When divine favor comes, situations changes, difficult things will be made easy, and impossible roads will be made easy and closed doors will be open. God is still granting divine favor today. Can we ask from our Father in heaven? “Ask and keep on asking and it will be given to you; seek and keep on seeking and you will find; knock and keep on knocking and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who keeps on asking receives, and he who keeps on seeking finds, and to him who keeps on knocking, it will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8. Prayer Request Click here
