REASONS YOU SHOULD BE FRUITFUL (IX)

Post date: Oct 14, 2016 12:42:09 AM

The ninth reason: the very day you received the blessings of His salvation through grace in Jesus Christ, God sets His eyes on you for the very best not for condemnation; justice. not injustice; forgiveness not judgment; blessings not cursing; peace not trouble;  rejoicing not mourning; praise not gloom. God’s eyes are on all the righteous (you) 24/7 for the very best in this very life and no darkness is strong enough to prevent Him from seeing you and rewarding you, no sin, not even your often mistakes, not your fears, not your weaknesses, not your shame, not bad feelings and poor thoughts of yourself can prevent Him from noticing you wherever you are under the heavens. Because God has His eyes on you, there is hope and every assurance that your fruitfulness is just a matter of when not if; though you have experienced delays before, it will definitely come; though you have been frustrated by consistent failures over the years, it will surely come; though you have been disappointed several times, it will come; though you have been denied before, that denial will be overturned; your fruitfulness had been destined long before today, and God is keeping you alive for that day and time as He did for Sarah and for Abraham. When our God spoke, it was done; when He commanded, it stood fast.

His eyes are on you to nullify the counsel of the ungodly, only His counsel is permitted to stand in your life; His eyes are on you to make the thoughts and plans of the evil people ineffective. His eyes are on you to establish His thoughts and plans in your heart through all generations. His eyes are on you to save you by His power; His eyes are on you to deliver you by His great strength; His eyes are on you to rescue your life from death and keep you alive for His glory in times of famine. His eyes are on you to help you and to shield you; His eyes are on you to make your heart rejoice; His eyes are on you to show you His amazing love in times of depression, shame, abuse and lack. God’s eyes are on you, He will see you through.

“Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous ones; praise is becoming and appropriate for those who are upright in heart, those with moral integrity and godly character. Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre; sing praises to Him with the harp of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully on the strings with a loud and joyful sound. For the word of the Lord is right; and all His work is done in faithfulness. He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the lovingkindness of the Lord. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, and all their host by the breath of His mouth. He gathers the waters of the sea together as in a wineskin; He puts the deeps in storehouses. Let all the earth fear and worship the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast. The Lord nullifies the counsel of the nations; He makes the thoughts and plans of the people ineffective. The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts and plans of His heart through all generations. Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom He has chosen as His own inheritance. The Lord looks down from heaven; He sees all the sons of man; from His dwelling place He looks closely upon all the inhabitants of the earth, He who fashions the hearts of them all, who considers and understands all that they do. The king is not saved by the great size of his army; a warrior is not rescued by his great strength. A horse is a false hope for victory; nor does it deliver anyone by its great strength. Behold, the eye of the Lord is upon those who fear Him and worship Him with awe-inspired reverence and obedience, on those who hope confidently in His compassion and lovingkindness, to rescue their lives from death and keep them alive in famine. We wait expectantly for the Lord; He is our help and our shield. For in Him our heart rejoices, because we trust, lean on, rely on, and are confident in His holy name. Let Your steadfast lovingkindness, O Lord, be upon us, in proportion as we have hoped in You.” Psalm 33:1-22. For prayers Click here
