IT WILL BE BEYOND A CELEBRATION

“When the Lord brought us back to Jerusalem, it was like a dream. How we laughed, how we sang for joy, then the other nations said about us, the Lord did great things for them. Indeed He did great things for us, how happy we were. Lord, make us prosperous again just as the rain brings water back to dry riverbeds. Let those who wept as they planted their crops gather the harvest with joy. Those who wept as they went out carrying the seed will come back singing for joy as they bring in the harvest.” Psalms 126:1-6. Your day of harvest will not be delayed again, it will definitely come, you will see it, you will experience it, and you will rejoice in it.

The day of your expected, and unexpected breakthrough will be beyond a day of a celebration; the day God will declare and perfect and perform your freedom from evil and wicked captivity of men and restore everything about will be a day beyond just a mere celebration; the day you will get married despite the delays, the loneliness, and the disappointments will be a day beyond just a celebration; the day of God’s power that you will conceive in your own womb, have and nurse your own children will be a day beyond just a celebration; the day God will open up the doors of heaven for your sake in all things will be a day beyond just a celebration; the day that God will engage you in the place of His choice for your next job, for your next promotion, for your  next position, for your next appointment, and for your next location will be a day beyond celebration. The day God will confront your enemies and confound them with His power because of all their wickedness against you will be a day beyond just a celebration.

When God spoke to Abraham and promised him the blessings and the multiplications in the covenant it was beyond expectation. Abraham never expected it, never prayed for it in his life before that day and never asked anyone to bless him, but when God spoke to him, He believed it, trusted God for it and followed God in subsequent obedience until all was fulfilled. What God did to, for, and through Abraham was beyond the best imaginations of human thoughts, wisdom, and knowledge. What happened in the life of Abraham was beyond a celebration, it was God in action in the life of a man who truly believed God, truly followed God, fully obeyed God, and absolutely depend on Him.

God is taking you beyond just a mere celebration in life, He wants to take you beyond just being successful, He wants to establish you on solid grounds, He wants to give you an unshaken faith and unshaken foundation as He gave to Abraham. He taking you to a place in this life that you will be recognized, honored and followed as Lot followed voluntarily Abraham. He is taking you to a time in your life that people will rely on you as Lot did rely on Abraham and was blessed also. God is taking you to a time that you will be a source of hope and goodness in many ways in this generation and beyond as He did with and for Abraham. God will do exactly what He had said to you according to the scriptures; exactly what you have heard from Him; exactly what you have believed with your whole heart, and He will bless your faithfulness and obedience despite what the enemies had done and will do against you.

“Now in Haran the Lord had said to Abram, go away from your country, and from your relatives and from your father’s house to the land which I will show you, and I will make you a great nation, and I will bless you abundantly, and make your name great, exalted, distinguished, and you shall be a blessing, a source of great good to others and I will bless, do good for, benefit those who bless you, and I will curse, that is, subject to My wrath and judgment the one who curses, despises, dishonors, has contempt for you. And in you all the families, nations of the earth will be blessed. So Abram departed in faithful obedience as the Lord had directed him, and Lot his nephew left with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran. Abram took Sarai his wife and Lot his nephew and all their possessions which they had acquired, and the people servants which they had acquired in Haran, and they set out to go to the land of Canaan.” Genesis 12:1-5.
