THIS IS YOUR GIFT, CLAIM IT NOW

Post date: Aug 8, 2013 4:11:59 AM

Stand up and claim this day called today, declare it your day, your time, the beginning of the season given to you not by men, but by the Almighty God, it is one of the best gift you will ever receive, without the gift of today, you cannot receive and cannot do anything else. This is your day, do not wait for tomorrow, all your very best in life is in this day, do not allow the fear of yesterday or the uncertainty of tomorrow to keep you back, you have the grace and the backing of the God who gave it to you, He is with you and for you this day for good.

Today is the day of your rejoicing, the day of your gladness, the day of your prosperity, the day of your success, the day for your light to shine brighter, the day that your illumination should break every power of darkness, the day of God’s grace upon your life, the day of your freedom from the shackles of hell, the day of your unspeakable joy, the day for your decoration, the day of your festival and celebration, the day of your acceptable sacrifice, the day of your confession of the faithfulness of your God, the day of your praise and the day for your long and expected thanksgiving, and  the day for your God to rise up and show His power and favor in your life.

Many are waiting patiently, praying, investing and hoping for the best day in their life to come when it is already here, many are expecting it to come tomorrow, many are remembering yesterday and still referring to what is past. Many have waited too long and are still waiting, but the God news is that this is the day, today, that the Lord has made and given to you to do all you can do, dream all you can dream, pursue all you can think of and achieve your very best. What you do today matters, it is more important than what you did yesterday and more important than what you will do tomorrow. This is the day you have been waiting for, use it.

Without God giving you the grace to see and to be alive today, there is no hope for tomorrow; without today’s dreams, there is no tomorrow’s desire, and without today’s vision there will be no tomorrow’s move for implementation. Without taking adequate care of today, tomorrow will be impossible, and your dreams, visions will never be translated to something real tomorrow.

Tomorrow is the birthday of today’s ambition and labor. The best day of your life is today, use it wisely, use it profitably, use it with prudence and reverence to the Almighty God, faithfully follow Him in obedience and you will see your joyful expected radiance in it rather than the pains and sorrows. Tomorrow is not here yet, but many are so fearful about. Tomorrow is not yet given to you why should you be afraid of it today?

As God has given you today, be assured that He will also take you through it safely. He will give you the things you need to be sustained, to fulfill his plans, to declare his goodness and power. This is the day that the Lord has made, you have no alternative but to rejoice in it, be thankful in it, use it properly and profitably, faithfully live through it with a heart and eyes focused on your God and nothing else.

“This is the day which the Lord has brought about; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Save now, we beseech You, O Lord; send now prosperity, O Lord, we beseech You, and give to us success. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord; we bless you from the house of the Lord. The Lord is God, Who has shown and given us light, [He has illuminated us with grace, freedom, and joy]. Decorate the festival with leafy boughs and bind the sacrifices to be offered with thick cords to the horns of the altar. You are my God, and I will confess, praise, and give thanks to You; You are my God, I will extol You. O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever.” Psalm 118:24-29

When the disciples of Jesus Christ asked Him to teach them how to pray, in compliance, He never made mention of tomorrow or any reference to yesterday, but today, this very day. “Give us this day our daily bread” Matthew 6:11. Celebrate yourself today. For prayer Click here
