“But God remembered Noah and all the wild and tame animals with him in the ark. He made a wind blow pass over the earth, and the water went down.” Genesis 8:1. Noah did not go out of the plans of God or sin when God remembered him; he was still in obedience to the commands of God, still active in faith, still where God had instructed him to be and doing what God has asked to do. He was still walking in the ways of God. You do not have to be in sin, live in sin, follow the ways of sinners, think and talk of sin and live in wickedness before God remembers you; you do not have to disobey God’s principles before He remembers. When God remembers the righteous, He remembers the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the Cross; He remembers His love for them, He remembers His commands to them, He remembers their obedience to His words, He remembers their faithfulness in Him, He remembers their commitment to remain in Him despite their troubles, He remembers the rewards He has not given them, the ones they are yet to receive, and makes them possible for them to have as He had commanded and desired to reward them. When God remembers the righteous, He makes ways for their blessings and redemption from whatever evil or delays they are suffering; He opens forgotten doors for them to pass through, He makes impossible that which had been declared impossible for any reason; He elevates them to positions that men had denied them earlier; He restores the things that had been forcefully taken from them; He redeems their children and everything around, and draws them closer to Himself and enable them to fulfill His purpose and continues in His services. When God remembered Noah, He also remembered everyone and everything that were in the ark with him on that day. He remembered Noah’s faithfulness and desires to see the sky again and to feel the breeze again and to walk around again. God will remember you.

When God remembers the sinners for any reason, He remembers their past and present works; He remember their words that curse shame and humiliations to the righteous, He remembers their evil acts of wickedness, remembers the people they have destroyed, lives they have made useless and their acts of disobedience to His words, commands, and purpose. When God remembers the sinners, it is only for the purpose of their repentance, for their forgiveness and offer for their redemption. David said in Psalm 37, the righteous will never be forgotten, their children will never be forgotten or forsaken, despite the delays, the troubles in their lives and the frustrations they have suffered in the hands of the wicked. Job also said “I know that my defender, redeemer likely referring to God himself lives, and in the end, He will stand upon, rise up on the earth. Even after my skin has been destroyed without my flesh, I will see God. I will see him myself, I myself and not a stranger will see Him with my very own eyes. How my heart wants that to happen within me. If or when you say, we will continue to trouble Job, how should we pursue, persecute him? because the problem, root of the matter lies with him, you should be afraid of the sword yourselves. God’s anger will bring punishment by the sword. Then you will know there is judgment.” Job 19:25-29

Remember, the life of Noah before the flood was that of righteousness, faith, discipline, love for Godliness, obedience to God, and to His purpose. He did not deviate or follow the words, works, and actions of men around him or participate in anything evil.“But Noah pleased and found grace and favor in the eyes of the Lord. This is the family history of Noah. Noah was a good, righteous, just man, the most innocent, blameless man of his time, and he walked with God. Genesis 6:8-9. Noah was righteous and God saw it and spoke to him; Noah constructed the ark because God asked him to; Noah entered the ark and shut the doors because God asked him to, and Noah remained in the ark because God asked him to. And God remembered Noah in the ark and fulfilled His intent and purpose. Prayer Request Click here
