WHERE WILL YOUR HELP COME FROM?

Many people are expecting God to help them but they are looking unto men for them promised by God. God did not a make a mistake by saying He will help you, and will not make a mistake when He says He will send someone to help you. The help of men or from men are dependent on several things being available and equal; it will depend on their ability at that time to help, it will depend on their understanding of your situation; it will depend on their likeness of you and what you are offering or will be offering to them when they help, it may depend on the name you are being called and will also depend on the benefit they will derive from by helping you. No one will want to help you for free, but God will help you for free; no one will want to help you because of your past, but God will forgive your past and help you; no one will want to help you  without showing any personal interest or benefit in he or she is doing for you, but God will help you because of His promise to help you; people may refuse to help you because of your name, location or religion, but God will help you despite your name, your location, you past or present circumstance. But when God personally steps into the situation to help you, He will not look at what you have but the faith you have in Him and in his words; He will change what needs to be changed, provide what needs to be provided, forgive sins that had hindered you and make ways that no man can and will ever be able to make for you.

The salvation in you was not and will never be in vain; the Holy Spirit in you was not and is never in vain; the grace of God in you was not and will never be in vain; the word of God you believed, trust and followed was not and will never be in vain. God saved you for a purpose, gave you His spirit for a purpose, gave you grace for a purpose, gave you His words for a purpose and called you to follow Him for a purpose; He also kept you and is keeping you all these years for a purpose that only Him will bring you to its fulfillment and you will never fail in fulfilling that purpose. Uncertainty is a problem to everyone but in every case of uncertainty in your life, God will not in any way fold His hands to watch you destroy by its effect irrespective of the level of that uncertainty. Uncertainty had been in existence before you were born, but you were not born to be consumed by it and through the grace and help of God, you will overcome that uncertainty that had been standing on your way. God is able to take that uncertainty away and He is able to help you overcome that uncertainty even when it is still there. There is none who had ever succeeded in life as a true Christian without the divine blessings and help from the Almighty God and I see that same God who helps others helping you now.

David knew He was anointed by God for purpose, but after that anointing, he knew he needed help to what God had said of him; unfortunately, no one around him was strong enough to offer the kind of help he needed, no one was able to do exactly as God had said through Samuel, no one was ready to give him the power to be the king, and except God who had promised will offer help, he was doomed to expect the manifestation of the promised. After realizing the limitations of men with regards to the promises of God upon his life; after realizing his weakness and all the difficulties he was experiencing, after realizing he will never be what God had said by talking to people, David had to take the promise back to God; he resolved to look unto God for fulfillment instead of men; God’s help is far beyond just making one successful, David said: “I lift up my eyes to the mountains where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip, he who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm, he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” Psalm 121:1-8. Click here for prayer
