ANOTHER HEART

Post date: Aug 7, 2012 7:45:36 AM

You were never born to be an applauding spectator to the success of others and a continuous onlooker the rest of your life, and you were not born with an everlasting limitation of any sort. There is time to applaud others and there is time to be applauded. I completely believe in change and do strive always to see and experience the change I desire. Change is conceived in the heart, but made possible by consistent physical and spiritual actions. The foundation on which you stand is very important to the change you desire, and what you personally do on that foundation will either enhance or diminish your chances of being successful.

Everyone who had ever lived in this world before and now, big or small, rich or poor, married or single irrespective of gender and location, desires a certain level of change in almost all things, so you are not alone when you also desire one. A faulty life foundation will always produce a faulty result, and a good foundation will always produce something good. One of the greatest reasons for failure is what goes on behind us, the foundation of our life, ancestral and present. The good news is that all foundation can be changed by our deliberate and purposeful actions.

There are several things that compel changes, 1. Your belief that change is quite possible despite the physical weaknesses, limited resources, struggles, frustrations, denials, delays, lack of recognition by others and continuous failures. Change starts from self, before it is noticed and applauded on the outside. Belief should be based on God, what He can and will do in our lives. You are not a failure because you were born to fail, but you had failed to pave the way for you to encounter and experience a day like this and give God the praise He deserve in your life.

Look at the life of Saul, based on family size, past family history, wealth, and recognition in Israel, he had no chance in life of being a king, he was a failure for his inability to locate his father’s sheep, and that failure troubled and drove him to seek Samuel for a solution. An encounter and conversation with Samuel, his believe on what Samuel told him there and then changed everything about him and his family forever, erased every past history and rewrites a new and pleasant one, and he lived to see and experience and enjoy all that Samuel told him. “Jesus said to him, because you have seen Me, Thomas, do you now believe (trust, have faith)? Blessed and happy and to be envied are those who have never seen Me and yet have believed and adhered to and trusted and relied on Me.” John 20:29.

Yours can never be otherwise from today. You cannot be hearing every day about success and change without seeing and experiencing them. You will have to stop looking at your inadequacies in life and begin looking and believing God for that expected change. In all generation, human impossibilities are God’s possibilities. God will not refuse you forever, He will not reject you forever, and He will not deny you His loving blessings forever. Despite the pains and the actions of men, refuse to quite, refuse to give up the dream, refuse to give up the belief and the expectations, men can only delay and deny you for a short time, they cannot stop you if you persist on the Alter of prayer. Despite odds, God is working in you to fulfill His plans.

“And Saul said, Am I not a Benjamite, of the smallest of the tribes of Israel? And is not my family the least of all the families of the clans of Benjamin? Why then do you speak this way to me? 1 Samuel 9:2.And when [Saul] had turned his back to leave Samuel, God gave him another heart, and all these signs came to pass that day.” 1 Samuel 10:9. That day, not the next day

As God gave Saul another heart that day, He will also give you another heart to believe this day and now, a heart to conceive and keep the possibility of God’s fulfillment, a heart of humility and faithfulness, a heart filled with God’s expectations despite your past, your present and the words of men, a heart to believe in a brighter future.  Our “Tear down this wall” second phase prayer is August 8-10.
