"GOD ALSO SPEAKS THROUGH YOUR DESIRES"

Post date: Jul 12, 2018 4:43:17 AM

God had been doing wonders before and He is still doing wonders today. The desires of your heart are not just there for fun; they are not given to you by your impulse, or by the power of your will. If they were given to you, then He who gave them to you will fulfill them and will help you to have them, but if they were by the power of your will, then you have no reason to desire them but to go get them. There are desires that die with time, but there are some that will never die until they are fulfilled irrespective of the situation; there are desires that change when circumstances changes and there are some that never changes despite the past, the prevailing, and the future circumstances, despite the location and despite the position, that is the desire placed in you by the power of the Almighty God. When God in His love places something in you and you fully accept and follow them, nothing will stop their fulfillment and nothing will take them away from your heart and mind. There is something in your desires which is the hand of God.

Did you know that God is watching over the silent desires of your heart? He is listening to every thought, imaginations, and words that you have spoken out and the ones that are spoken out but are in your heart? I want you to know that He is not listening in vain, He is not just hearing them but He will fulfill the ones that are right, that is of His plans and will and the ones that will bring you to where He had destined for you. Take control of those desires; make them subject to the word of God, to the will of God, to the plans of God and to the purpose of God for your life. I know your situation will change, your life will be changed, your blessings will come, your healing will be complete and your restoration will be celebrated. let your heart be a center of good things to yourself and to others, let it be a place that God will interact with you and control the emotions of your life and the actions that you will take in every situation.

“Don’t worry about the wicked or envy those who do wrong. For like grass, they soon fade away like spring flowers, they soon wither. Trust in the Lord and do good, then you will live safely in the land and prosper. Take delight in the Lord and He will give you your heart’s desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord, trust Him, and He will help you. He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun. Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for Him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Stop being angry, turn from your rage, do not lose your temper, it only leads to harm. For the wicked will be destroyed but those who trust in the Lord will possess the land. Soon the wicked will disappear, though you look for them, they will be gone. The lowly will possess the land and will live in peace and prosperity. The wicked plot against the godly, they snarl at them in defiance, But the Lord just laughs, for he sees their day of judgment coming. The wicked draw their swords and string their bows to kill the poor and the oppressed, to slaughter those who do right, but their swords will stab their own hearts, and their bows will be broken. It is better to be godly and have little than to be evil and rich. For the strength of the wicked will be shattered, but the Lord takes care of the godly. Day by day the Lord takes care of the innocent, and they will receive an inheritance that lasts forever. They will not be disgraced in hard times; even in famine, they will have more than enough. But the wicked will die. The Lord’s enemies are like flowers in a field, they will disappear like smoke. The wicked borrow and never repay, but the godly are generous givers. Those the Lord blesses will possess the land, but those He curses will die. The Lord directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand. Once I was young, and now I am old, yet I have never seen the godly abandoned or their children begging for bread.” Psalm 37:1-25. For prayers Click here
