NO REASON GOOD ENOUGH TO FAIL

Post date: Apr 2, 2014 4:00:54 AM

There is no reason in heaven, on earth, under the earth, and in the hands of the devil that will be good enough for you to fail in this life as a believing Christian and to remain a failure despite what you are going through right now and despite the situations you have tried all of your life to change without success. It is a clear fact that we are not all gifted equally and we will never be able to do what everyone else is doing despite our strength, knowledge and wisdom and our profession. That gift of God in you, irrespective of it size and form is enough to change your situation and your condition, use it.

When God approached Moses in the desert, He knew he was slow in speech but He gave him an express and precise message to deliver verbally to Pharaoh. God knows you handicap and see your weakness, but they will not deter Him from taking you where he wants you to be and using you where He wants to use you. Moses had two great reasons to fail (speech and temper) in the kind of work God desired him to do, but walking and relying on God, he was a great success.

Jeremiah mentioned the fear of being a child, thinking and acting as a child, inadequate training, no appropriate and required knowledge to speak as expected as his two reasons not to accomplish the will and plan of God for his life. But despite that when h put them aside and went forward, he was a great success like Moses in his time. Would you please put away your obvious reasons and look unto your God for the next upward plans and assignments that will establish you in life? Gideon also had his family, his clan, poverty and his position in the family as good reasons to fail; these things were so true and according to his thoughts, they can never be changed and his life can never contribute anything meaningful to bring the expected change, yet God called him a mighty man of valor. His acceptance of what God said enabled him to achieve the victory he never thought will be possible though the people were expecting their God to deliver them.

Despite what you may think, say and do, greatness in life is never entirely ascribed to one’s spiritual and physical strength, knowledge, wealth, location and family background. In reality weakness and poverty is a great setback, but despite all that you know, had experienced, had been told, had seen in your life and family, when God steps in with His plans and will for your life, things will definitely change for the expected and the unexpected best.

Being handicapped in any form is a great challenge to your dreams, to your visions, to your desires, to your strength and to your knowledge in life. Being handicapped forces you to think inappropriately about your chances even when you are informed of the pending favor. It forces you to act otherwise even when you are strong enough to accomplish what is ahead. It forces you to look down on yourself, on your knowledge and on the true will of God for your life. Being handicapped forces people to accept their odd present situation and condition as the will of God even when you know and had been clearly told that it is not the will and the plans of God for them; you must have to overcome that mindset.

“O Sovereign Lord, I said, I can’t speak for you, I’m too young. The Lord replied, don’t say, I’m too young, for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don’t be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the Lord, have spoken. Then the Lord reached out and touched my mouth and said, Look, I have put my words in your mouth. Today I appoint you to stand up against nations and kingdoms. Some you must uproot and tear down, destroy and overthrow. Others you must build up and plant.” Jeremiah 1:6-10. “When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, The Lord is with you, mighty warrior. Judges 6:12, For prayers, Click here
