DO NOT PERMIT THEM OH LORD

Post date: Nov 19, 2015 4:59:01 AM

God will not permit them to curse you again; He will not permit sin and the devil to condemn you again; He will not permit the evils at night to victimize you again; He will not give your blood to your enemies, and He will not give your food to the wicked. He will not allow them to throw you out from the comfort He had given you, to take you for granted in the place He had placed you; He will not allow them to spitefully use you to accomplish their evil thoughts and works, and He will not allow them to steal that which He had freely given to you. He who kept Israel will keep you; He who defends Israel will defend you; He who sustained Israel will sustain you; He who spoke for Israel will speak for you; He who leads Israel will you; He who ordered the steps of the righteous will order your steps, and He who never sleeps or slumbers will not waste your life and will not stop your destiny from being fulfilled. He will not fulfill the wishes and the prayers of those who hate and despised you. Balak will not succeed over you and Balaam will not curse you in Jesus Name. The sorcerers will not succeed in your case and that of your family; they will not succeed over your job and finances, and they will not succeed over your marriage and children. The word of God is ‘curse not whom God had blessed’.

God is still active in our days as He was in the old; He is still defending His own, keeping them strong, healing and leading them; He is still providing for them. They may be small, but God is with them; they may be weak, but their God is strong; they may be lean but their God is big; they may be confused, but their God is still leading them to the place He had promised; they may not have a voice, but their God is speaking for them; they may not have money, but their God is supplying all their needs, they may seem to be stagnant, yet they are matching towards a glorious destiny that had been predestined for them by the Almighty God. God will not permit evil over your affairs. The people of God may be matching without a clue but the Almighty God is their leader and their guide; they may be without a counsel, but Jesus Christ is their advocate; they may be sick, but their healing is sure; they may be weak, yet they will still reach their promised destination. Their mouth may be closed, yet their heart is in constant communication with their maker and their steps may be hindered, yet they will not fall until they reach the place of glory.

“Then the people of Israel traveled to the plains of Moab and camped east of the Jordan River, across from Jericho. Balak son of Zippor, the Moabite king, had seen everything the Israelites did to the Amorites. And when the people of Moab saw how many Israelites there were, they were terrified. The king of Moab said to the elders of Midian, This mob will devour everything in sight, like an ox devours grass in the field. So Balak, king of Moab, sent messengers to call Balaam son of Beor, who was living in his native land of Pethor near the Euphrates River. His message said: Look, a vast horde of people has arrived from Egypt. They cover the face of the earth and are threatening me. Please come and curse these people for me because they are too powerful for me. Then perhaps I will be able to conquer them and drive them from the land. I know that blessings fall on any people you bless, and curses fall on people you curse. Balak’s messengers, who were elders of Moab and Midian, set out with money to pay Balaam to place a curse upon Israel. They went to Balaam and delivered Balak’s message to him. Stay here overnight, Balaam said. In the morning I will tell you whatever the Lord directs me to say. So the officials from Moab stayed there with Balaam. That night God came to Balaam and asked him, who are these men visiting you? Balaam said to God, Balak son of Zippor, king of Moab, has sent me this message: Look, a vast horde of people has arrived from Egypt, and they cover the face of the earth. Come and curse these people for me. Then perhaps I will be able to stand up to them and drive them from the land. But God told Balaam, do not go with them. You are not to curse these people, for they have been blessed” Numbers 22:1-12. For prayers Click here
