LIVING FOR A REASON

Post date: Jul 31, 2012 8:19:45 AM

You are definitely living today because there is something beyond your very best imagination ahead for you by God. God will not preserve your life if there is nothing for you, He will not enable your thoughts, strengthen your hands, order your steps, enable you to speak, study, relate with someone, if there is nothing to benefit from in doing so. It is not what the devil does that matters, it is not what your enemies do that matters, it is what your God will do that will really matter in your life and worth talking about forever. God is going to change your words about yourself soon, as you continuously hold on to Him. You cannot afford to keep living in the past afflictions, sorrows, evil testimonies, without hope and a cogent reason to seek living today and tomorrow with joy if Christ tarries. The very best kind of living is living a purposeful life irrespective of what the devil and all your physical and spiritual distractors may do, and irrespective of your disabilities in live. It is good to live for something, to dream of something, to take an action for something, to desire something and to push on in life with a reason.

Life changes and you are bound to change for good. One of the driving sources of a happy living is having a cogent reason for everything you do. No one ever does anything without a reason, no nation goes to war without a reason, and no one partakes in a competition without the hope of winning no matter what others may think or say. Begin speaking to, and for yourself today. Don’t allow your fears or the negative words of others to take the best of your day and your life.

“When the queen of Sheba had seen all Solomon’s wisdom and skill, the house he had built; The food of his table, the seating of his officials, the standing at attention of his servants, their apparel, his cupbearers, his ascent by which he went up to the house of the Lord [or the burnt offerings he sacrificed], she was breathless and overcome. She said to the king, it was a true report I heard in my own land of your acts and sayings and wisdom. I did not believe it until I came and my eyes had seen. Behold, the half was not told me. You have added wisdom and goodness exceeding the fame I heard. Happy are your men. Happy are these your servants who stand continually before you, hearing your wisdom. Blessed be the Lord your God, Who delighted in you and set you on the throne of Israel. Because the Lord loved Israel forever, He made you king to execute justice and righteousness” 1 Kings 10:4-9.

Did you know that God delights in your salvation, safety, peace, joy, good health and prosperity for a purpose? He wants to set you up beyond your thoughts and the words of men like He did for King Solomon and David. The queen of Sheba told king Solomon, what I was told are true, but what I have seen in you with my eyes are far beyond what I heard of you and your entire kingdom. Only God can do such an amazing thing dear people of God. Eyes may not have seen your inner transformation, and you may not have been able to explain or convince anyone about it, that is why people do not belief your words, belief your visions and dreams, and that is why they do not have regards for you now; but because of your consistency in walking faithfully with God, a time is coming soon, when you will not have to explain yourself anymore to anyone because they will see when the purpose of God begins to manifest themselves in your life.

“But, on the contrary, as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him, who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed]. 1 Corinthians 2:9

We have believed in Christ Jesus, we have prayed, we will continue to pray until we see the goodness of God in the land of the living. I urge you to live with a reason and great expectations.
