Physical and spiritual favor does not just come, something has to enable it, trigger it, uphold it, and support it; someone has to do it and that someone has to submit to obey God. Favor does not only come because you have needs, or will have a need, it comes because God has prepared it for you either to use or to give to others. David said in Psalm 23:5-6 “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You have anointed and refreshed my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life.” When the physical and spiritual favor of the anointing comes, the enemies will not be able to stop it, the wickedness of the evil darkness of this world and its people will not stop it and you will not fail to see it work, know it is favor from the anointing working, experience it in your own life and see others experience and rejoice with you. David said when God anointed him through Samuel, He also prepared a table for him and through the overflow of the anointing even his enemies will not stop him even when they know it, see it and try to harm or stop him.

In every case involving God’s anointing of anyone in the Bible, it always comes with favor in every aspect of their lives, their children, family and with everyone associated with them. God will not anoint you and keep you covered in shame or hand you over to the dictates and control of the evil thoughts and actions and use of the enemies who have vowed to destroy you or hinder what God had prepared for you in His destined design destiny for your life. I want you to know that the anointing from God upon your life is not only designed for use to fight and have victory over your enemies; it is also designed and destined to enable you to break ancestral family yokes over your life, marriage, and children; overcome limiting personal yokes in your profession and business, have power over sins, overcome sinful habits and its effects in your life, overcome the guilts of your past and present, eliminate shame and hindrances, receive physical and spiritual favor, and be and do everything that God had designed and destined for you in living. Know it, favor is not only limited to finances or money but includes it. When God opens the door of His unlimited favor through the anointing over your life, many things will follow, dramatic things will begin to happen, unimaginable miracles will follow, changes will definitely come, God’s words and plans will also be fulfilled, and deliverance will take place and freedom will be guaranteed.

God will always honor His anointed and the anointing with favor; the devil will respect it and respect God’s grace that follows, and men will receive the benefits. David personally received great favor after the anointing from the Lord and from men; he was taken from the forest to the battlefield and to the palace, delivered from mundane activities of the forest, set apart and used to defeat Goliath in a battle, praise and recognized by the people, notice with the Spirit of excellence by King Saul and taken to serve under him; through the anointing he was defended against the evil plans and actions of King Saul, confirmed and installed as king in Israel by the people even when the king was against him being the next king, received favor from his people and the surrounding nations, his kingship was greatly favored and honored by even his enemies, his people were established and his place in Isreal certified by God through the working power of the Nointing. He had money and men were willing to serve and follow and they submit themselves to his commands and services.

David’s children also enjoyed favor through David’s anointing, he said, “For those blessed by God will at last inherit the land, but those cursed by Him will be cut off. The steps of a righteous man are directed and established by the Lord, and He delights in his way and blesses his path. When he falls, he will not be hurled down, because the Lord is the One who holds his hand and sustains him. I have been young and now I am old, yet I have not seen the righteous abandoned or his descendants pleading for bread.” Psalm 37:22-25. For prayers Click here
