I AM VERY CONFIDENT

“Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy, For your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now; Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ” Philippians 1:2-6

Though you should never stop trying your very best in developing yourself, praying and seeking God’s face every day, though you may sometimes lost confident in yourself, you should never lose confident in your God, in His name, in His words and promises concerning you and in His ability to give you the victory in due time. That is the transforming power I am confident will definitely confirm your expectations in life despite your challenges, and that is what I want you to do from today up. We read in the book of Hebrews that confidence, patience and faith should always accompany your belief if you truly expect a true change in your life.

“Do not, therefore, fling away your fearless confidence, for it carries a great and glorious compensation of reward. For you have need of steadfast patience and endurance, so that you may perform and fully accomplish the will of God, and thus receive and carry away and enjoy to the full what is promised. For still a little while, and the Coming One will come and He will not delay. But the just shall live by faith; and if he draws back and shrinks in fear, My soul has no delight or pleasure in him. But our way is not that of those who draw back to eternal misery and are utterly destroyed, but we are of those who believe, who cleave to and trust in and rely on God through Jesus Christ, the Messiah and by faith preserve the soul.” Hebrews 10:35-39

Because of some adverse circumstances, you may lose confidence in your dreams, your desires, in your efforts, and in your ability to think fast and right, but despite all that will ever happen to you, never lose your confidence in the Lord God you serve. Even when things are not going the way they should, your dreams are not manifesting, your desires are too far from your reach, I am confident your God will give you the victory.

You might be ashamed today, but I have all the confidence in my God for your joy tomorrow. You might be down and out today, but I have confidence in your rising up high tomorrow. You may be borrowing and begging to survive today, but I have every confidence in your having more than enough and joyfully giving to other tomorrow. I am very confident that you will not end your life in this same shame because it is temporal. I am very confident that you will not remain jobless for too long. I am very confident that you will not remain single and forever. I am very confident that you will not remain a tenant forever. I am very confident that you will not remain a victim of evil circumstances forever. I am very confident that your afflictions and pains are not forever. I am very confident that you will not suffer injustices forever.

I am very confident in the God who made you and redeemed your soul from darkness that He will also bless you, that He will replace the things that are decaying in you with news things, that He will sustain you in His hands forever. I am very confident that God will build you a peaceful and joyful home, He will restore every lost hope, He will restore your marriage, your children, your job and your dreams. I am very confident that you will find a good wife and be a good father. I am very confident you will find a husband and be a good mother and I am confident that you will have and see your grandchildren. I am very confident of your blessings in the name of Jesus Christ who loved and gave Himself got you on the cross.

And now, Lord, You are God, and have promised this good thing to Your servant. Therefore may it please You to bless the house (posterity) of Your servant, that it may continue before You forever; for what You bless, O Lord, is blessed forever” 1 Chronicles 17:26-27. Click here
