The God we serve is a promise maker, a promise keeper, a deliverer, a defender of life, a giver of hope, a giver of dreams, a sustainer of health, a giver of true wealth and real riches, a giver of right desires for living and all relationships and He is the trust that will never fail irrespective of the situation and the location of those who are called by Him and work according to His words. There are many things you can never make for and of yourself irrespective of your knowledge of God’s words and promises, irrespective of your strength on prayers, fasting, praises and worship; irrespective of your work in the house of God, your current location and the profession you have worked hard to earn. There are things you can never achieve without God and things you will never see or have without God helping you through. You have promises from God to hold on and I am convinced God will make it for you as He had promised. Jesus met Peter and Andrew by the Sea of Galilee and gave them a promise to make them fishers of men. “And I will make you fishers of men.” Matthew 4:19. These were a thing they could never do for or by themselves.

God has a unique plan for your life and His plans are working in you and for you and will work the way He had destined and fulfilled His purpose; He is actively watching His words and plans for your life to ensure they are what He had designed and said and that you are what He said of you to you and promise of you; He is watching also to ensure that you receive all that He had promised you openly and privately.

When God gives a promise, believe Him to follow up on those words, believe Him to work it out His way; believe that nothing will stop Him and nothing will stop His words to you from being fulfilled. Greatness is from God and great and lasting blessings are from Him. He is not taking you backward by what you are seeing and experiencing and not keeping you in the dark of your future according to His plans. “Now it shall be, if you diligently listen to and obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all of His commandments which I am commanding you today, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. All these blessings will come upon you and overtake you if you pay attention to the voice of the Lord your God. You will be blessed in the city, and you will be blessed in the field. The offspring of your body and the produce of your ground and the offspring of your animals, the offspring of your herd and the young of your flock will be blessed. Your basket and your kneading bowl will be blessed. You will be blessed when you come in and you will be blessed when you go out. The Lord will cause the enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you; they will come out against you one way but flee before you seven ways. The Lord will command the blessing upon you in your storehouses and in all that you undertake, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God gives you. The Lord will establish you as a people holy and set apart to Himself, just as He has sworn to you if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk, that is, live your life each and every day in His ways. So all the peoples of the earth will see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they will be afraid of you. The Lord will give you great prosperity, in the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your livestock and the produce of your ground, in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. The Lord will open for you His good treasure house, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow. The Lord will make you the head leader and not the tail follower, and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen and pay attention to the commandments of the Lord your God, which I am commanding you today, to observe them carefully. Do not turn aside from any of the words which I am commanding you today, to the right or to the left, to follow and serve other gods.” Deuteronomy 28:1-14. For prayers Click here
