“Very truly I tell you, I am the gate for the sheep. All who have come before me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep have not listened to them. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” John 10:7-11

When you are truly convinced of Christ Jesus, of your salvation, of every word God, of God’s promises to you, and of Jesus Christ as your only Lord and savior, you will definitely have hope beyond what you see around every day, beyond what you have at hand now, beyond what people are saying and doing to you, beyond your current situations, job, troubles with children, spouse, family, and colleagues, beyond the daily news from doctors and attorneys, and beyond the best of your imaginations and expectations in life. You will have hope beyond the physical measures, you will have peace in God’s safety and power to do exceedingly abundant beyond your prayers; you will have a settled mind concerning the outcome of things you have sincerely handed over to God, you will see better days ahead, and will press forward towards excellent goals in Christ.

When you are convinced in Christ Jesus, you will have the evidence to show the world; you will trust the actions you are asked to take concerning any issue by the Holy Scriptures and the Holy Spirit, you will trust the expected result of the words of God you believes, you will trust every promise that had been given concerning you now and in the future, concerning your children, your spouse, your finances, your job, health and all of your relationships irrespective of the difficulties you are having where you are in life now. Being convinced by the Holy Scriptures generate great spiritual power to confirm every word therein, and that is where you will begin to have the evidence of the truthfulness of the word of God and your joy in following Christ Jesus.

Jesus Christ our Lord was quite convinced that God the Father will raise Him back to life on the third day after being killed and buried. That conviction gave Him joy and the power to face the judges, to face those who condemned Him, and to face the Cross without fear. The evidence; God the Father according to words and promises, raised Him up on the third day and He is now sitting at the right hand of majesty on high interceding for us.

Daniel was convinced that God will make him and his three friends better and will set them free from prison when they refuse to indulge in eating the food offered them; they decided instead to fast and to pray; he was convinced that God was able to reveal the dreams of Nebuchadnezzar to him when he pray before he actually began praying, that God was able to keep him alive before the people decided to throw him into the den of lions, and he had the evidence that God did reveal the dream, that God did protect him, did deliver him, did preserve his life from being destroyed by the lions, by the wickedness of those who wrongly accused him and conspire against him, and he had the evidence to show that his conviction was right.

Abraham was quite convinced that he heard God rightly when He made the promise to bless him and to establish him; he was convinced by the distinctness of the voice and the uniqueness of the promise. He was quite convinced that God will not fail, and that He will definitely fulfill all the words in the promises. Based on that conviction, he began to walk in absolute obedience, and at the end; he had the evidence to show the world that God will ever be true to all of His words.

Hannah was quite convinced that God will answer her, will change her situation and will bless her with a child before she went into the house of God to make a vow, and at the end, she had Samuel as evidence of her conviction. Jabez was convinced that God will change his situation for good when he prayed, at the end, he had evidence to show. As you act on your conviction in the words of God, practical evidence will follow you in Jesus name. For prayers, Click here
