DEAR FATHER, TAKE THEM TO THE RED SEA.

To Pharaoh, the Red Sea was a place of defeat, a place of disgrace, a place of shame they never expected and a place of regret; to the Children of Israel the Red Sea was a place of their dream and final victory against Pharoah, against inhuman treatment, against unjust labor and injustice, against unjust renumeration, against the lack of human symphaty and hatred and wickedness; while to the children of Isarel the Red Sea was a place of dream come true, a place of unhindered celebration, a place of elevated joy, a place of praise and glory to the everlasting God, a place they saw with their eyes what God did to their enemies, a plcae they saw their expectations and prayers fulfilled amazingly and a place they saw what they never seen in their lives beofore. At the Red Sea, Pharaoah came with his army and men to take the children of Israel back to Egypt to continue in hard labor without compensation, came to take them back into slavery, anger and evil captivilty, came to take them back to endless and godless turture, came to take them back to the bondage of their families and fathers, came to take them back to the wickedness of their heart and came to take them back to their past self-hate and sadness, but God was there to give them deliverance, victory and an ever lasting testimony against their enemies. Pharaoh and his men of war saw what he could not explain to anyone; they saw things beyond their imaginations, they saw their ultimate defeat, they saw their humiliation before an armless people, they saw the destruction of their powers, their might, their strong men, and they saw the goodness of God.

What have you seen in your life that is contrary to what God had said and what you believed from the word of God you know? What had been your experience n the hands of the wicked and the counselors what had desired your stagnation and loneliness and shame? They have given you much of sleepless nights because of thinking and imaginations, they have made you to think of what you should never have thought, they made you to have wild dreams and nightmares you should never had; you have experienced many days of hunger, pains, insults, and humiliations as a result of the works of these evil counselors, you have seen shame, and God will not allow them to work freely against you again. It is time we cry to our Father in heaven to take them to the Red Sea and there show His power just like David cried that God should turn the counsel of Ahitophel to foolishness and He did. God will hear you, God will answer you, God will grant you the request and God will show Himself in a new way in your case against these counselors and their masters.

“The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against meto devour me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me,even then I will be confident. One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple. For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; He will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tentand set me high upon a rock. Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his sacred tent I will sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the Lord. Hear my voice when I call, Lord; be merciful to me and answer me. My heart says of you, seek his face, Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, God my Savior.Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me. Teach me your way, Lord; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors. Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, spouting malicious accusations. I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” Psalm 27:1-14. For prayer Click here
