THIS MONTH, THIS YEAR, YOU WILL END WELL

Did you know God can and will do the impossible? This assurance is from God, not man. “Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; He will neither fail you nor abandon you. This is what the Lord says; I will go before you Cyrus and level the mountains. I will smash down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. And I will give you treasures hidden in the darkness, secret riches. I will do this so you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, the one who calls you by name. And why have I called you for this work? Why did I call you by name when you did not know me? It is for the sake of Jacob my servant, Israel my chosen one. I am the Lord; there is no other God. I have equipped you for battle, though you don’t even know me, so all the world from east to west will know there is no other God. I am the Lord, and there is no other.” Deuteronomy 31:8; Isaiah 45:2-6.

‘I will smash gates of bronze, cut bars of iron, and level mountains’ what a word and promise of comfort that is as we stand staring at the bronze walls before us and wondering what next; what a word and promise of comfort that is as we experience known and unknown bars of heavy irons restricting and hindering our ways and thoughts; and what a word and promise of comfort that is as we witness insurmountable mountains on every side of our lives despite our prayers, fasting, faith, struggles, and the divine desires in our hearts and before us. God said, irrespective of the bronze walls before us, the iron bars against us, and the insurmountable mountains in our lives, He is completing what He had started in us; He is going to do the unexpected; He is doing what we have not been able to do before, and He is taking us over all of them to the place and season of His destiny for us. He will not leave us for any reason, not even what our greatest enemy will offer as reasons for Him to turn back from leading us to the end with success.

Mary Magdalene desired to enter the tomb Jesus Christ was buried, but she had fear of how she will enter, she was without the strength to roll off the stone herself; she did not hire men to go with her to remove the stone, but despite her fears, and what she knew, she still went to the tomb, and to her amazement, God was there before her, God sent His angel ahead to do the unexpected for her. The stone was rolled away from the tomb by God for her to enter and she did enter without restriction and saw her desire and expectation fulfilled with her eyes. As you prepared your heart and mind to go over this month and this year, the stones placed to hinder or restrict you will be taken away; they will be removed, the people in place to frighten you will be weakened, the mission you have started will end well. God will go before you; He went before Mary Magdalene; he went before Moses, He went before Joshua, He went before the apostles and they succeeded, He will also go before you and you will succeed. Your story will not be different from that of Moses, Joshua, Mary Magdalene, and the apostle. He went before them and removed all the stones that prevented them, so will He do for you. Your fears are genuine but it will not prevent God from doing what He had destined for you as was the case for Mary Magdalene and others.

Two things are happening at this time, the month is ending, the year is also ending and the race for you to end well is on, the battle is ongoing, the enemies are still fighting, Satan is still directing the encounter, but God is taking over and His plans will be the ultimate result. Satan did his best to change things this year, but God was still in control; Satan did his best to keep people from moving forward this year, but God was still active in His people; Satan did his best in afflicting people with diseases, sadness, and sorrows, yet he was still under God’s command and control. God will grant your desires. Whatever is the plan, you will end well; whatever is the plot, it will not defeat you; whatever is the trouble, you will overcome, and whatever is the accusation, the Lord will rebuke it.
