“God is not man that He should lie or a son of man, that He should change His mind. Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not fulfill it? Numbers 23:19. People may change their minds concerning you; change the promises or vows made to you; change their words and views of you, and change their plans and desires. You can change your mind, change your views, change your understanding, change your profession and change your location, but on all occasions and despite the challenges we have, God will never change His mind concerning us and He will not change any of His promises to you. God will not, and has not changed His view concerning you even when you are afflicted by the wicked or in severe difficulty, or challenged by failures or frustrations or disappointments. In God’s presence, you are washed clean, secured, protected, made righteous, prepared, and well able through the blood of Jesus Christ to fulfill all the plans He has for you.

I want you to understand that God’s terms for your salvation had not changed; His terms for your protection, for your deliverance, for your blessings, for your peace, for your destiny, and for your security have not changed. His term for your promotion and recommendation has not changed. It is very certain that God has not changed His mind or His views or His plans for your life through Christ Jesus. Despite what Saul did against David when he got to the palace, the terms of God’s recommendation of David did not change and God did not change His mind or any of His plans about what He had done to bring David to the palace. Our God will never make a mistake despite the tough situations in our lives and the difficult challenges we encounter every day.

Irrespective of what Saul did against David, the plots to kill; make him fearful, and exposing him to danger, God did not change His mind concerning David’s new location or change his mind concerning the position He had anointed and recommended him for. It is good to know that in all things and all times, God’s plans are real, true, and are good despite the situations. His plans are everlasting, safe, protected by His power, made alive by His Spirit, and effective by the working of His grace. At Salvation, all roads leading to the fulfillment of those plans are open; through faith, obedience, diligence, and patience, all hindrances to the plans will be taken away. “I say this because I know what I am planning for you, says the Lord. I have good plans for you, plans for your peace/security, not plans to hurt you. I will give you hope and a good future.” Jeremiah 29:11. God never gives up on His chosen, on His called and on those He predestined and He will never make any mistake in leading them and enabling them to occupy the place and position He had destined for them by His love and power.

In all situations, in all difficulties, in our times of frustrations, failures, and disappointments, God will not change His plan or His mind. “He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder, the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.” Psalm 91:11-13. Despite the attempts to kill David by Saul, God did not consider changing His plans and recommendation to relocate David from the palace. People will always change; people will always change their views, their understanding, their plans, and their desires. You may change your mind and plans because of your difficulties, challenges, failures, and any form of disappointments, God will never change His mind concerning you.

Despite what Satan did to Job, God did not change His mind; despite what Pharaoh did to Moses, God did not change His mind. Despite the suffering of Jabez and his parent’s views concerning him, God did not change His mind to answer him. Despite the suffering on the Cross, being killed and buried, God did not change His mind concerning the resurrection of Jesus Christ. In all things, despite what you are going through, God has not changed His mind. For prayers, Click here
