THE GOD THAT CHANGES SITUATIONS

There is no situation under heaven that is impossible for God to handle; none that He had not handled successfully before; none will ever be able to withstand His words indefinitely; there is no situation that had never changed since creation, and there is none that will overcome you when you walk with God daily throughout the duration of the situation. God is not waiting until you are defeated before coming in to help, not waiting until you go begging before providing for you, He is not waiting until you cry out in pains and agony before comforting you, and He is not waiting until you have nowhere else to go in life before leading you to safety and to the place He had promised. Before the situation came, God had been there with you and He will continue with you till your glorious end.

Before Sarah was declared barren by herself and the people around her, before she resigned her fate to her unfortunate situation, before she began courting other plans in her heart and making alternative provisions, and before she consulted with Hager for a relief method, God had spoken concerning her life and her child, God had even given a name to the unborn child and it was just time waiting to make the difference. Never give up on your dreams, never resign to the fate brought to you by your present situation, never turn your back on the word of God and never believe the lies from the pit of hell against you. God can, and will change this situation. “Then the Lord said to Abraham, why did Sarah laugh? Why did she say, Can an old woman like me have a baby? Is anything too hard for the Lord? I will return about this time next year, and Sarah will have a son.” Genesis 18:13-14. God is with you and will not depart.

The first level of assurance for you is that God will never depart from you despite the situations in your life. He did not depart from Mary and Martha when their only brother was completely declared dead, buried and forgotten. After three consecutive days, Christ Jesus went visiting, this time, not to mourn with the family as others did, not to console the family for the loss as people usually do, and not to sympathize with them in any way which is the normal practice. He went there to make a difference, to restore their joy and their hope, to change their situation, to take away the heaviness of their sorrows and pain, and to show them something they never saw before. He did that by raising Lazarus back to life. “Jesus said to her, did I not tell you and promise you that if you would believe and rely on me, you would see the glory of God? So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said, Father, I thank you that you have heard me. Yes, I know You always hear and listen to Me, but I have said this on account of and for the benefit of the people standing around, so that they may believe that You did send Me, that You have made Me Your Messenger. When He had said this, He shouted with a loud voice, Lazarus, come out. And out walked the man who had been dead, his hands and feet wrapped in burial cloths linen strips, and with a burial napkin bound around his face. Jesus said to them, free him of the burial wrappings and let him go.” John 11:40-44

Things may be very hard, too tough and very difficult with you right now, but those tough things will never deter your loving God from making a way for you to have a breakthrough; the delays you may have been experiencing may be long and affecting everything you have ever dream of doing, everything you have ever plan of getting, and everything you have ever desired to achieve in this life, but that also will never make God to change His mind concerning what He had said will happen in your life.

The present and future hindrances from the devil in your life, family and job will not define your final fate in life; they will never turn back or ever erase the promises of God for your life which had long been written in the book of promise. God will definite change this situation and give you the grace to celebrate His goodness in the land of the living. For more prayers, Click here
