You may feel lonely, isolated, and rejected but you are not lonely, rejected or isolated. You have God the Father with you, Christ Jesus our redeemer with you, and the Holy Spirit all abiding and keeping company with you all times. Job felt lonely, he was rejected and isolated, but despite that God visited him and his situation changed for the best. This is the comfort from Jesus Christ, and this is His promise; “anyone who loves me will obey my teaching My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.” John 14:23

You may be hungry, but you have the God who is capable of feeding the whole world with you, He will feed you; with five loaves of bread and two fishes Jesus Christ fed five thousand men with twelve full baskets as leftovers. In another occasion, He fed four thousand men and their families with seven loaves of bread and few fishes and had seven full baskets of bread and fishes as leftover. Mark 6:41-44; Mark 8:6-9

You may be sick, feel sick, or know someone who may be sick, but you have Jesus Christ who heals as your God, He is with you, and He will give you healing and health. He made provisions through His blood for your healing long before now and the scripture gives us this assurance that we are, and we will be healed. “But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds, we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5

You may have nothing to show to the world, show to your family, spouse, or children for living as a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, but you have the maker of the whole world and all its resources with you as your Lord and Savior. He has good things for you and will enable you to have them at the time appointed by His grace irrespective of what you are experiencing. The Children of Israel were told; “When the Lord your God brings you into the land He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give you a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build, houses filled with all kinds of good things you did not provide, wells you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves you did not plant, then when you eat and are satisfied be careful that you do not forget the Lord who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.” Deuteronomy 6:10-12. Christ Jesus gave Peter this answer; “Then Peter spoke up, we have left everything to follow you. Truly I tell you, Jesus replied, no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age: homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and fields along with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first.” Mark 10:28-31. You will have a change that will make you joyful and glad.

You may have no money to meet your needs, and no one to help in times of need, but you have Jesus Christ who ones told Peter he will find money to meet their needs in the mouth of a fish and he did.” Matthew 17:27. Christ will meet your needs, He will speak for you, He will direct your ways, He will guide your steps, and you will find help in times of needs. David made this confession and said; “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil, my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.” Psalm 23:1-6. The God who made you knows you; sees you, understands your feelings with you, and He knows your needs. He is capable of meeting and exceeding your needs. He will bless you and give you a solid foundation to stand on. For prayers, Click here
