WHAT DO YOU THINK OF ME LORD?

Post date: May 13, 2014 4:15:19 AM

Irrespective of what you think and do to and with yourself; irrespective of your present location now or where you are going tomorrow, irrespective of the plans you are executing or planning to execute, you will never escape the eyes of the Almighty God and all of His best thoughts despite the situation bugging you right now. His thoughts for you are quite contrary to the thoughts of men for your life. His thoughts for you are far higher than the very best thought you will ever have for your life. God’s eyes cannot miss you and His thoughts can never exclude you.

Because He thinks well of you, His resources for your blessing and sustenance in all aspects of living are inexhaustible. You may suffer pains, lack, neglect, confusions, abuses, delays and have severe confrontations and oppositions now, though you may still be struggling down in the mud of life adversities, God’s resources to free you from all these things are inexhaustible even when all human being have the same need as you, God is able to meet all needs of all human beings.

God’s thoughts for you are always good and excellent, pure and possible, inviting and hopeful. He can never forget what and who He had made. You can recall that He made you in His own image and likeness and nothing less despite what the devil is trying to do change that, God will never allow him to succeed, and God will never reverse what He had made.

“You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex. Your workmanship is marvelous, how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered. I can’t even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand. And when I wake up, you are still with me.” Psalm 139:13-18

God’s benevolence is always available to all and His mercies are unending despite the wrongs we have committed. He will not spank you for going astray, for wasting His resources, for not making good use of the last opportunity. He will not yell at you for not hearing or following His instructions. He will not punish you for being self-centered and withholding yourself from Him. He will not put you for a showdown of disgrace when He finds you on the wrong side of life. He is, and is always thinking well of you.

He knows where you are, what you are going through, who and what is confronting you, and despite what He knows about you, He is never thinking of abandoning you in your loneliness, pains, anger, and confusion; He is leading you through the path He had made for you and will never depart until you reach the place of your destined refreshment, peace and everlasting union that will glorify His name and bless the rest of your days on earth. God is not thinking that you will remain poor, barren, weak and useless forever.

He is not thinking that you will remain homeless and in sin forever. He is not thinking that you will remain in that self or private or public prison indefinitely even when forgets you there, He will never forget you. God is not thinking of the day of your funeral, He had already made away for your healing and deliverance through the precious name and blood of Jesus Christ. He is thinking of the day of your marriage, children, job, spouse, and your next good experience.

“But then I will come and do for you all the good things I have promised, and I will bring you home again. For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. In those days when you pray, I will listen. If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me. I will be found by you, says the Lord. I will end your captivity and restore your fortunes. I will gather you out of the nations where I sent you and will bring you home again to your own land.” Jeremiah 29:11-14. For prayers, Click here
