CHANGE MY COURSE OH LORD

Post date: Jul 25, 2014 4:00:13 AM

“The Lord is my Shepherd to feed, guide, and shield me, I shall not lack.” Psalm 23:1. If an evil spell is affecting your life and keeping you back from reaching your desired dreams, keeping you weak and backward in life, God will change such effects by annulling the power of that evil spell through the power of the blood of Jesus Christ. If it is past sins, self-evil involvement, sins of generations of parents or other family members that is holding you back and down, our God is giving you a change of course right now. God did not destine you to follow or continue in the path of evil, bondage, and destruction; you were destined to follow the path of joy and freedom through Christ Jesus your redeemer.

Right from creation to this very day, the love of God to mankind is always greater than we will ever imagine, and sweeter than we will ever expect. His love produces greater results which definitely distinguish everyone who embraces it with open believe and trust in every location and circumstances, it will always better, and will result in a higher glory and praise to His name and to you in the end. When God sets His love on you, many things will definitely begin to happen, changes will happen, protection will be given, and godly care will follow.

God’s love towards everyone changes the course in such a person’s life completely from what they were to begin enjoying His goodness and abundant provisions; it changes the course of destruction to that of a constructive restoration, hope and assurance. When His love takes full control of your life, expect the very best even when you are in a very difficult situation. His love brings restoration, hope and assurance of the future.

Every one of us had made several mistakes in the past, will make many more as we live, but His love will always restore and help keep us on the right path as we continuously look unto Him with hope and great expectations. Adam and Eve enjoy the love of God and it changed the course of their life completely when they disobeyed the instructions of God. As you believe in God, trust in Him and follow Him, God will never allow the effect of your mistakes in life to destroy you and render you ineffective again in life. To Adam and Eve, the penalty for their sin was death; but God showed His love and spare them the physical death, nakedness and shame.

The love of God changes the course of a person’s live; after their disobedience, Adam and Eve instantly realized they were naked and tried to cover themselves, but when God in is love came looking for them, He instantly made provision to take away their shame and gave them a hope for a second life instead of outright destruction. “He said, I heard the sound of You walking in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself. For Adam also and for his wife the Lord God made long coats of skins and clothed them.” Genesis 3:10, 21.

In Adam and Eve, God did not fold His arms and wait to see the destruction of His image and likeness; He did not sit down and watch them go naked and shameful; He did not abandon them in the mist of their disobedience, and He did not allow the consequence of their actions take its full place on them. That same God will not fold His arms and watch you continue in shame and destruction because of your past. to Adam and Eve there was nothing else for them to do, but for you and I, God gave His only begotten Son Jesus Christ to pay the price for our sins and to guide us away from the pit of our disobedience, the destruction and shame.

Christ Jesus came to ensure that we are completely restored to the fullness of the Almighty God in everything; He came that we will receive the fullness of the blessing of peace and restoration; that we may receive the fullness of the Father’s best provisions; that we may receive the fullness of blessing in health and full assurance of the future. Christ came to change our course from the path of destruction to the path of restoration and joy. For prayers, Click here
