“GOD HAS PLANS AND HE IS FULFILLING THEM”

Post date: Dec 28, 2017 5:47:57 AM

God is not making a mistake concerning you nor will He allow any of His children to continue in their mistakes indefinitely. He is a perfect God and foreknows and preplans all things according to His perfect knowledge and fulfills all of them by the power of His might at a time and date and place He predates all of them to happen. Though you may think you are still wallowing in your mistakes and consequences of past sins; in His plans, Salvation through believing in Jesus Christ, accepting Him as your only Lord and Savior, and confessing of your past and present sins to Him and sincerely desiring and making efforts not to do them again makes you a brand new creature before Him washed in the precious blood of Jesus Christ and given the Holy Spirit to guide and lead and comfort and bless you every day and everywhere. Today, God will give you a new way of thoughts concerning yourself and He will reveal some of His ongoing works in His plans for you in that revelation. For He says; “For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for well-being, and not for calamity, in order to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11. There is nothing that had ever taken our God by surprise, nothing had happened or will ever happen without His knowledge and nothing will happen that will make His plans ineffective or none functional again in His preplan ways and time and place.

When God made the world and everything in it, He had plans and they are being implemented till date and will continue till the time and date it will please Him to end all things and start new ones through Christ Jesus as He had promised. When God made Adam and Eve, He had plans for them; He placed them in the Garden of Eden and gave them all they needed with instructions, authority, and power to succeed. Though the devil caused them to fault on the given instructions through temptation, Satan’s action against them did not disrupt the plans of God for humanity, it only prevented them from enjoying the manifestation of the plans. When God spoke to Abraham that faithful day with a promise, God had a plan for Sara His wife that was bigger than their fears and thoughts and imaginations. When Sarah was barren in her thoughts and the understanding of men due to her age, God had a plan and barrenness and understanding did not stop God from fulfilling His plans. When Isaac needed a wife, God fulfilled His plans, when he experienced famine in the land and cruelty of the people against him, God fulfilled His plans through Isaacs’s obedience to the instructions of God at that moment in that same location and before the same group of people giving him trouble in his business.

When Hannah was busy crying and praying God for just one male child, she never knew God had plans to give her seven and the delays and insults and shame from her marriage did not stop God from fulfilling His plans for her life and for her son Samuel. When Satan was all the way deforming Jabez in ways he could possibly do, doing all he could to make him physically bad and disgusting in the eyes of his parents and family, giving him a bad image and name, God had plans, and He did fulfill all of His plans in the life of Jabez when he recognized the Almighty God and prayed to Him with all his heart. When Ahab and Jezebel his wife were unleashing fear and terror against God’s children in Israel and the faithful and prophets of God; they never knew God had a plan and was preparing Elijah to stand up to their challenges and confront their gods in an open contest, God fulfilled His plans and the faithful of God were elated and confident to stand up again and proclaim their God is good and able. I want you to know that the birth of our Jesus Christ was planned for you and me and for a divine purpose that only God can implement and He will do it. God fulfilled it in ways that Satan and men of corrupt and contrary views are still amazed and wondering till today of what had happened, what will happen to them and wondering why Christ came to release their captives. Things may be too slow in your life; the delay may be too much to comprehend, but God has a plan and none will fail. For prayers Click here
