YOUR BEGINNING OF THE EXPECTED CHANGE

Post date: Dec 7, 2015 12:22:22 AM

God will never leave you in your situation indefinitely, He is the God that changes all things for the good of all mankind; He will never ignore your prayers, He is the God who alone answers the prayer of all mankind with love and mercy when we ask in the name of Jesus Christ; He will not allow any form of evil to continue indefinitely against His children or allow them to be oppressed, depressed, sick, poor, and beg indefinitely. God may permit some delays but he will never deny you what He had said indefinitely; He may permit some frustrations and allow some disappointments but He will always give you opportunities to rejoice, grow and fulfill your destiny in Him. Your expectations may be delayed, but God who gave you those expectations will help you to see and fulfilled in this very life. The beginning of your expectations in Christ Jesus, the Lord who saved your soul and gave you His spirit will definitely come very soon.

Moses parents had great challenges when he was born but all of their expectations concerning their son were fulfilled despite the decrees of death that was hovering over his head. Moses had a good time in the house of Pharaoh and when things went bad, Pharaoh wanted to kill him but his expectations were not fulfilled. Moses was a man with great expectations and great challenges in life, and all His expectations were fulfilled because God gave him victories over those challenges in life. That same God who was with Moses; who gave him victories and enabled him to see all his expectations fulfilled will also be with you, give you victories and enable you to see your expectations in Christ Jesus fulfilled in your life.

In one of his challenges, Moses was busy doing the menial job he find around in the forest when he saw a fire burning in the bush without the bush being consumed by the fire while feeding the cattle's with him that glorious day. That fire raised his curiosity and he decided to turn around to see the mystery before him. That curiosity and the decision to turn and see what was happening enabled him to hear a voice out of the fire addressing him directly and very clearly concerning the plights of the children of Israel in Egypt; their prayers to God and desires for help and freedom from bondage; he heard God’s decision to respond positively to their request, and God’s choice and desire to use him in bringing about His intent for the people of Israel. There are things that God is showing you daily and your curiosity and involvement in those things that He is showing you can open unimaginable doors for you in life despite what you are doing, who you are right now, and where you are located.

Moses was ready to be what God said of him, but when he heard God saying to him I am sending you to stand before and speak my word to Pharaoh, Moses immediately developed cool feet and started to remind God of the impediments in his speech and offered many other excuses, because he was afraid of meeting Pharaoh; because he knew what Pharaoh had done and was capable of doing by intending to kill him. But it was very clear to Moses that without accepting to obey God and to stand before Pharaoh and deliver the word of God, he would never be able to be what God had intended, planned and purposed for him in life irrespective of whatever he would have done thereafter, his level of prayers and dedication to the menial work he was engaged in that moment. When God wants to change the situations in the lives of His children, He allows them to become curious of certain things in and around them, in their health, family, finances, children, spouse, jobs, and in His work. The moment we decide to give more attention to those things the more we will hear from God speak clearly on what to do next. That turning around to see was the beginning of the change that Moses was looking for in his life and for the children of Israel who were in bondage in Egypt.

“So Moses thought, I will go over and see this strange sight, why the bush does not burn up. When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush, Moses! Moses! And Moses said here I am.” Exodus 3:1-4. For Prayers Click here
