David said “I waited patiently for the Lord to help me and He turned to me and heard my cry.” Psalm 40:1. There will always be a reward for godly patience by believer and follower of the word of God despite the seen, the unseen, the known, and the unknown situation. We know and are very certain in the life of David that his patience was rewarded, his faithfulness to God was rewarded, his praises to the living God was rewarded, his righteousness was remembered, his good deed was rewarded, and in all of his ways, the Almighty God was there to bless him, rescue him, restore rescue him, protect him, and also uphold him. David never missed the presence of the Almighty God even in his difficult moments, and God never failed to show him mercy and love. You who have been saved, you who have accepted to believe and follow Jesus Christ, you who have given yourself to believe and practice His words, the Almighty God will never take His eyes away from you, He will never forsake you, He will never fail to show you mercy and love and He will never abandon you. What God had divinely planned for you will come to pass.

Do not be afraid to wait on God and on His words; do not give up hope and expectation from His word even when there are delays and frustration; do not give up prayer and faithfulness even when you see no immediate result; do not stop worshiping God even when the time of His promise to you is passed, remember that God is still on the throne and He will act, Jesus Christ is still Lord and He will fulfill His words and The Holy Spirit is still active on the earth today in the lives of all believers and He will lead and dwell in you. In every situation, the Lord our God will give you justice because He loves justice; He will show you mercy because He is abundant in mercy, He will give you the grace o stand up from every place you have fallen because He is the God who raises the poor and those who have fallen. There is nothing He won’t do for you who believes and follow Him faithfully.

God will never abandon the godly, He will not forsake the righteous, He will never forget all the powers of His Word and the covenant He had made. He is an everlasting God who keeps His word and rewards His people with good things. He is never short of grace and never runs out of mercy. His goodness changes lives and changes situations. He had promised to bless you and He will; He had promised to deliver you and He will; He had promised to protect you and He will; He has promised to keep you and He will; He had promised to restore you and He will, He had promised to sustain you and He will. Satan cannot snatch you from His mighty hands or take you away from His watchful eyes or from His presence forever.

“For the Lord loves justice, and He will never abandon the godly. He will keep them safe forever, but the children of the wicked will die. The godly will possess the land and will live there forever. The godly offer good counsel, they teach right from wrong, they have made God’s law their own, so they will never slip from His path. The wicked wait in ambush for the godly, looking for an excuse to kill them. But the Lord will not let the wicked succeed or let the godly be condemned when they are put on trial. Put your hope in the Lord. Travel steadily along His path. He will honor you by giving you the land. You will see the wicked destroyed. I have seen wicked and ruthless people flourishing like a tree in its native soil. But when I looked again, they were gone, though I searched for them, I could not find them. Look at those who are honest and good, for a wonderful future awaits those who love peace. But the rebellious will be destroyed, they have no future. The Lord rescues the godly, He is their fortress in times of trouble. The Lord helps them, rescuing them from the wicked. He saves them, and they find shelter in Him. Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord.” Psalm 37:28-40; 27:14. For prayers, Click here
